I moved my Lead conversion code below the main pixel and see it in the source code and turned off my adblocker - but I am still getting the error We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook - where else can I look?

Thanks for the info! there is a little red exclamation mark showing on Facebook Even Manager , under DIAGNOSTIC. It is not clear what is wrong. i have set up the pixel on shopify. Do you know how to solve that? Further all data is tracked correctly but just that little red signal which i have no idea what it wants to tell me.

Hi Andrew, your information is very helpful so I SUBSCRIBED....YEAAAA!! Thanks sooo much. Otherwise, my problem is EXACTLY #6. I inadvertently left out the LAST NUMBER. I honestly tried looking at fixing it via Facebook Events, but that's where I'm at a loss, do know HOW exactly or can you direct me to where I can see exactly HOW to fix it there because I'm not seeing anywhere I can "correct/amend pixel". Hi Andrew, thanks for creating useful content for us. Apprceiate the efforts. The error I am facing is quite new: Havn't found any help on the whole internet. Could you please help? ERROR: No conversion events available for this pixel This pixel is on a website domain that has already reached its conversion event limit, so there are no available conversion events being sent through this pixel. Select a different pixel or edit your domain settings in Events Manager.

Hi Andrew. This is a great video. A lot of us really appreciate it. The only downside is FB keeps updating their settings every time. My problem now is "microdata". It's preventing me from connecting to my product catalog. Any suggestions? Been on this for 2 weeks and I can't seem to find any results

I'm using Shopify and I saw that the facebook pixel is inputted in properly from the source code. However, my pixel helper cant detect a pixel whilst others can. I disabled all other extensions aswell as antivirus and still the same thing. Do you have a fix for this?

hi! domain is verfied, pixel is working fine but when i try to use event setup tool it goes to website and come back and gives error "A pixel wasn't detected on this website. Check that the URL you've entered is correct, or use Test events to make sure that you have a pixel set up on this website." Tried almost everything no idea what to do. Could you plz help!

Hi Andrew , great video! For me, it seems like my pixel is missing a minimum 20-40% or purchases daily, any idea how to fix this? And also, when you say the "make sure that the base code is above the standard event or purchase tracking code on the page" , does this mean to copy and paste line 17 in the code and paste it to line 18 in the page? And then take lines 21 - 23 and paste them to line 17? PLEASE HELP!

20% is actually becoming fairly normal now. I would look into implementing the conversions API to help improve that percentage. Tracking with the pixel is only going to get worse over time with privacy restrictions coming in to play. Not sure about the copying and pasting based on line numbers, but you shouldn't be moving lines of code within the base pixel if that's what you mean.

Hi I'm facing a missing purchase currency and value parameter error and it says Custom Data not being displayed which includes Custom conversions and Audience. How should I get rid of that option? I have the problem with this: Your ad may not be optimized for conversions because we haven't received any activity from the conversion you selected at all or in more than 14 days. Do I need to ignore it or overcome it somehow?

It means the event hasn't been triggered recently. You need to make sure it's working and trigger the event to remove this warning. As soon as you get a conversion (event if you just visit the page yourself to trigger it), the warning will disappear.

hi Andrew, I have this scenario where the facebook pixel helper detects the pixel code however when you view the page source of the page, you could not see the facebook pixel code. Maybe you might have an idea why this happened.

Hi! If you want to run a conversion campaign you’ll need to verify your domain and see up aggregated event measurement or it won’t be possible to run conversion ads once apple bring in their privacy changes. Check out my video on how to verify your domain and follow that to get set up

I’m using Shopify. Works for about 2-3 minutes then stop. I try a few hours later work a couple more minutes then same error message comes back.
