Andrew if we're specifying an Order ID, wouldnt that prevent duplicate data? Also, in terms of helping the algorithm learn and understand who were actually trying to target, is it necessary to capture as much information on the front end (say within lead forms) such as full name, phone, email etc, or is Facebook powerful enough to match it, even if were only collecting say, firstname and email? Thanks.

Lots of clicks but no conversion 😂😂 nowadays I WISH this is my problem. Suddenly and out of the blue, my ads are only showing to ghosts. i tried this, but the existing post ran as a seperate ad on its own, instead of boosting the views on the video i chose. it didnt increase the views on it. But the same reel ran as a seperate ad video. Facebook reprisentitives dont even know what to do about it. they keep "connecting me to someone else" How can i prevent that from happening?
