This video covers my favorite 5 exercises to fix rounded shoulders. This routine takes 5-10 minutes and if you do it daily (or at least regularly) you will improve posture, increase mobility and feel better as you go throughout your day.
This routine is perfect to stretch the chest and shoulders while strengthening back muscles. This routine is great for people who have sedentary desk jobs AND also a great fit for athletes who want to open up their posture for better performance in sports and activities.
I shared these 5 exercises because no equipment is needed, they are pretty straight forward and easy to show up for consistently. And that is the biggest key to improving posture, consistency. You do this stuff regularly and you will get results.
