Fix The File "iTunes Library.itl" Cannot Be Read Because It Was Created by a Newer Version of iTunes

So how to fix the file "iTunes library.itl" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes error? Its super simple. All you need to do is delete or rename iTunes Library.itl or iTunes Library file. In this very short video I showed you how can you delete or rename iTunes Library.itl file easily. Once renamed you just need to restart iTunes and Boom! You will see your iTunes is working without any further error message.
iTunes Library.itl error is mostly seen whenever someone downgrade iTunes from latest version to older version. You most probably trying to access App Store on older iTunes so you want to downgrade iTunes. If so then whenever you try to start older version you will see this message "iTunes library.itl cannot be read because it was created with a newer version of iTunes". It means older version of iTunes can't get rid of iTunes latest Library.itl file. Library.itl file is not backward compatible. That is why we just need to delete or rename newer file. In my video I showed you step by step of How to Fix the iTunes Library.itl Cannot Be Read Error. iTunes library.itl location is shown too which you need to know in order to iTunes Library.itl fix.

Works but when updating to a new version of iTunes this causes problems. And you have to update to keep the backups and restore working properly. The clean solution is: 1. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Select iTunes, (right) click Uninstall. 2. Go to your PC's Music folder as shown in this video and delete all files and folders (except the music files if you want to keep them). 3. Download iTunes and install it, works beautifully. Clean and fast. Either you do it right, or you'll have to spend twice as much time in the future. Meanwhile, you have backups that may or may not work when you need them. So do it right. Uninstall, Delete files and Install fresh
