Fixing a damaged hydraulic cylinder.

3 жыл бұрынAfter I welded the grapple bucket back together I discovered that when the grapple was broke it also damaged the hydraulic cylinder. It was a long shot repair that worked out. Remember these are not how to videos just how I did videos. Enjoy.

Is the slight lag in speed in the cylinder you welded due to air in the line? Does the cylinder line need to be purged of air bubbles first?

Yes, the lag was due to air in the lines and cylinder. No purging is necessary. The air in the lines and cylinders works it's way out pretty quickly as the oil circulates through the system. Good questions! Thanks for watching!
