Remember the Dalek "Voice Changer" helmet? Chances are you do. Mostly you probably remember that it did a lousy job of actually "changing" your voice. It barely changed it at all - what a rip off! You could use the pre-installed phrases, but what's the point of a voice changer helmet if it doesn't actually change your voice?
You may have tried it once or twice, until everyone heard how weak it was and started laughing at you. Then you put it away and even now it's probably gathering dust in your closet.
But there is hope! There are ways to FIX the Dalek Voice Changer Helmet so that it does a much better job of changing your voice! And in this video, we'll show you how! Some simple tools and materials are all you need - and maybe one of these too:

the official voice actor of a dahlek says that you have make your voice sound menacing and angry before it goes through the synthesizer. so more angry, less robot.

A trick: you can watch movies at Flixzone. Been using it for watching lots of of movies these days.

Id have to say wire the party store voice changer directly into the mic for the helmet, and use a cheap ebay mono amp and a decent cheap speaker to adjust the volume. provided you dont mind a little soldering.

if you put a tone board like ones on guitar amps you could even manipulate the sound more, like this one www.ebay.com/itm/Assembled-Passive-Tone-Board-Bass-Treble-Volume-Control-Pre-amplifier-Amp-Board/182147670686 you should be able to find a pretty decent speaker at a local thrift store or you could cut an aux cable and pipe the sound into a decent little Bluetooth speaker, and if you do go that route, you wouldnt need to have to worry about a separate amp and a power source specifically for it!

sadly my parents gave me the dalek sec, bronze and emperor dalek voice changer helmets when I was really young, and as a 3 - 6 year old does, I destroyed them, extremely sad I did that

The Prime voice changer helmet sounds similar to the Cybermen in the episode Earthshock back in the 1980s I’ll be surprised that the Cybermen voice changer helmet from Rise of the Cybermen and The Age of Steel even sounds like them in the 2006 two parter episode.

Good video thing is tho doing a Dalek voice isn't just a matter of talking normally with distortion you have to actually put effort in to trying to mimic the voice and that distortion is ofc the Cherry on top
