I have used Fjallraven G1000 for just over a year now. I can say I have done it all in these pants. And they haven’t let me down yet.
This video is my opinion on the G1000 and my experience with them I hope you enjoy it.

Kept thinking, "those look a bit tighter than I'd prefer". Then I realized he's grown leg muscles my legs haven't dreamt of yet. I'm guessing they'll be a good deal looser on me.

Still too tight tho. anything in the Pockets would dig into you. im guessing he grew into them. i bought 52s and they are semi tight but for now work. but you never want that kind of tight. for comfort and Insulation

I own several styles of Fjallraven pants and the Kebs are hands down my favorite. They each have their uses, but when I go trekking in the mountains, its Kebs all the way.

Same, but they all get worn out and goes up in seams around the the area between your legs.. but look good sad they so expensive

@@Wolf-viking in the US, if you bought them from a verified reseller, you’ve got a lifetime warranty on those pants, and they’ll fix them for free for you. Thats part of the high cost, but they want these pants to last and stay out of the landfill.

Thanks. Best slip-on shoes on the market lol. I spent a month straight in a pair of Crispy before that. So there was no way I was putting those boots back on.

You kinda give me hope. I lost 20kg in 7 months and my old 52 fjallraven would feel like a fat lady's skirt around my legs now. Bought new keb pants with 2-3 sizes smaller and sometimes fear about the size if I: 1) gain back some weight,2)need a fleece layer for insulation inside when cold. And it seems the pants just stretch so much yet holds the bulk inside it.

Sick review. This guy’s an animal. Idk if it’s because he’s got tree trunk legs or what, but they do seem slimmer (which is what I like), slimmer than the previous Kebs. Am I wrong that these seem different than ones 4 years ago?

This guys legs are thick as hell. I saw another review of the same pants and they fit loose on the other guy. They look like a straight leg cut, so tightness would depend on your muscle

I bought a pair, after less than 40 days mountain wear both bottom seams have holes in them. In my opinion tje bottom of the trousers are too heavy for the normal material, not worn crampons with them or done anything apart from normal Trekking. I am in my 50s and have never had a pair of trousers fail so quickly. Sent away 18th December still waiting for any reply from Fjall Raven a month later. So far poor quality for what they are and the price charged.

I got to try a pair on at the Fjallraven store in Seattle last weekend. Fit like a glove. . ...I own a bunch of high end adventure pants.. but these are the raddest. I dig the stretchy.... #Stoked

They are very quiet. Not waterproof but they dry out fast.

Thanks buddy , here in the uk fjallraven are old hat , theyre sold as waterproof if you want to wax them everytime its wet , no good at all if your tenting it for a month , take a pair of percussion marly to keep dry for 1/4 price . I have three pairs of fjallravens , theyre ok but NOT THE BEST absolutely not ,

They are not sold as waterproofs. For that they have their eco shell pants and jackects but for any high activity stuff I wouldn’t wear waterproofs anyway as the don’t breathe that well. Instead I use something like these keb trousers and change to light waterproofs in the camp if necessary

Essentially thin pants that melt in a fire. Sit near a pine wood campfire for an hour, hold them up to the light the next day it will look like a starry sky with all the holes. Pockets are unreinforced. If you are a poseur and never do anything real, get these. Otherwise get a decent pair of twill cotton/spandex work pants for 1/5 the price and you'll be good.

Don’t worry it you climb mountains every day for the next 5 years maybe, just maybe your ass can look that good to lol. But I really can’t get off-the-shelf pants to fit my waist and my thighs. Thanks for watching the video.

It’s kind of the model/my thighs! I have a 29 waist, but my thighs are huge Finding pants that fit my waist and my thighs are almost impossible. I have to deal with tight pants, if you have normal size legs they should fit fine.

@@CalebStillians you can go a size up and get a seamstress to take the waist in. I did that and there is lots of room in the thighs now, whereas they are skin tight in my actual size
