I love Julia Child ! I used to watch her every time she was on, and had one of her cookbooks for years. My favorite recipe of hers is the beef bourginon. I still make it, and it turns out delicious every time.

I always chill the beaters to my electric mixer before whipping egg whites plus bowl with the egg whites

What an unusual flavor for a desert souffle! I have always maintained that unless it's chocolate, it's not worth the calories, but I think this is an exception. It looks delicious.
