Na the speed force aura prevents this to an extent. It's the same way the the flash doesn't get grinded to dust from running so fast. It's because the speed force aura acts a kind of space time force field. It's actually pretty cool.

1. There was a fucking car crash and you don’t know what was in that truck. Could be something that caused a small explosion. 2. He grinded his shoes at super speed but he didn’t grind his clothes on the ground. 3. Idk that’s my question too 4. She was distracted looking at the glass and she had to be shocked from an actual car crash. Not to mention but it was like 5 seconds in normal time. 5. There is a few year span between the time this movie takes place and Barry gaslit her into thinking she was just thinking about him since she didn’t really remember. Also don’t forget about repressed memories, something so shocking happens your brain makes you forget it. 6. It showed the aspect of slowing down time, I thought it was cool.

@@_editschilangos yes it does. The Flash movie acknowledges the Snyder Cut. Go watch Batfleck's final scene in the movie, he mentions Barry's time reversal in Pozharnov. And when Barry first enter the Chronobowl, you can see Aquaman pointing at Barry which happened in the Snyder cut

Yes actually one of The Flash's powers is to steal kinetic energetic, which he can also use to make himself faster using the Speed Force. He once wanted to use it on superman to slow him down but since super man fly at high speeds using nothing but pure force stopping him dead in his tracks would be like setting off a bomb from his sudden collision with the air in front of him. Don't ask me how it makes real world sense it's a comic. Edit:Actually it works by stopping someone's momentum relative to either the flash or the earth. If you stopped superman while flying at high speed relative to the earth he'd essentially no longer be moving at pace with the rotation of the earth and would then be a stopped object in space, while the earth continues to rotate at 1000 miles an hour. He'd be an indestructible rolling disaster.
