The part where Barry was trying to save people during the Zod's invasion in Metropolis is exactly how i always pictured MCU Spider-Man's origin way before Civil War.

Have to admit the phasing effect where it showed their cells vibrating at the speed of excitement to pass through solid objects was actually very clever

it’s really interesting when you notice he time travels and slowly brings Earth back , his lighting is actually striking and constructing and bringing the Earth back

I just like how his lightning was first like an aura but now its like its actually a trail and a little bit of the aura which is pretty cool its very unique

I’m sorry but Berry getting completely blindsided by Superman’s speed was one of the most memorable super hero scenes in recent memory. 🙌

I dont care what people say about the Flash movie. Despite the CGI issues, the way in which Barry's powers were displayed were well done.

Unpopular opinion: I actually like the way he runs. I respect the unique style choice. We got to see Grant Gustin run the "normal" way for many years. I don't wan't or need them to be identical performances.

Honestly I think they visually understand Barry’s Super speed is more so him displaced out of space-time rather than him having hyper movement. I know that’s more so Zoom’s method of super speed but it visually changes our perspective on the speed force from Barry’s perspective.

Yeah zack snyders version of Ezra’s flash was the best. He knew how to direct him to make him a likeable and funny character.

Dceu Ezra adaptation is very fascinating it have such a inner child vibe it’s give feeing how we imagine having super speed would be like when we was a kid very cool ⚡️⚡️

The more I watch this film the more I love it. What it tried to do in story far out weighs what you see in the visuals if that bothers you! Didnt bother me and doesn't could easily watch it again and again UNDERRATED

I'll be honest at first i hated it but i really liked the way they adapted the super speed here, if you go frame by frame you only see half second warped silhouettes of Barry running and for the most part he just kinda morphs into a ball of lightning. He really is a FLASH when he runs and i never appreciated it. I can't wait for how James gunn adapts it

I haven't seen many people commenting this but i really the sound design of the flash's lightning, in both justice leagues and the solo flash movie. one thing i particularly enjoy is the little sound effect that can be heard when barry stops in josstice league (can be heard in the section starting at 4:07). plus the lightning sounds when barry suits up in the cafe and runs out into the road in the opening of the solo movie is just peak

I liked that first effect of Barry's time travel in the solo movie where it's blue and formless, it was kinda how I always imagined a Flash running through the speed force. But I think the time theater (chrono arc?) as a setting was a weird choice whose rusty special effects took away from the movie.

Flash scenes and powers from ZSJL are top notch!

You're not even gonna mention his ability to reverse time in the Snyder Cut?

This is so super cool. Superspeed is always been one of my favorites even throughout my childhood. I’m wondering why does our Barry run with a particular running style that looks a little weird. Is it because it helps with his electricity or accelerate his speed? I want to learn everything I can because this is amazing thank you 🙏🏿

fun theory the way he runs like that is due to he being a unexperienced runner and because he is running to fast he doesnt really have control of the way he runs 6:17 but the thing is barry 2 managed to control his speed? probably since barry 2 has either less speed or tries not to waste his stamina

I have a cool idea for how the DCU handles the SpeedForce. What if they handle it like Wi-Fi. Barry Allen is the generator of the SpeedForce, so he’s like a Router. Any other speedsters like Kid Flash are like devices connecting to that Wi-Fi. The more speedsters, the more complications connecting to the SpeedForce there will be. Due to speedsters other than Barry having to “connect” to the SpeedForce, they can’t just go from 0 to 100 like Barry. They’ll have to build up kinetic energy by running or moving a body part fast to “attract” the SpeedForce. This could be shown visually by the lightning striking the user to charge them up, rather than the lightning coming out of them. For Reverse Flash he’ll be a router like Barry once he creates the Negative SpeedForce.

6:02 i love how in this part, when he talks its all echoey, maybe because the connection to the speed force. But overall love this kind of effect or something that really gets in the character, there are some parts where you can hear the echoing sound like this (1:32, 6:44 and 7:08)

im ganna be honest i love grant as flash but ezras flash is unique during that reverse you can see his lightnings fixing other parts while hes running its a cool detail plus his version is using speedforce and made his own suit alone no scientist friends help him he train alot on his own he learn how to phase and other use of his abilities on his own bassically he never had a mentor only on his own while CW got a lot of help from others to learn and explore his powers and abilities plus if you understand this properly why he runs that ways if he didnt he will have a big problem hes like controlling his speed as you can see this scene also 10:42 at first glimpse we see him run fast then when he reach that speed his run looks like a normal running but thats what it looks like when hes running fast on his point of view

The lightning noises whenever he uses his powers sound so satisfying

Watching this video made me realize one thing When he's running he looks slow as hell while everything else moves suprt fast, but if you look closely he looks kind of blurred all over, mostly his arms and probably legs That's him moving super fast, like how Fans look like one blurry circle when it's actually 3 blades

Sucks the movie flopped, was a pretty good movie in my opinion. Probably will not get a sequel now, but would have loved to have seen Barry Vs Zoom in theaters
