I'm back at ALDI to find more healthy grocery items for a great price. Now more than ever, ALDI has some really clean groceries for unbeatable prices, but you still need to read the ingredients. Some of the groceries blew me away, like the pasta sauce, which has incredible ingredients. Unfortunately I would stay away from the low carb elevation bars, too many suspect ingredients. Overall you can find some top notch and healthy groceries on a budget at ALDI, you just gotta know how t read labels. Mad love Bobby...Dessi...and Art! XOXO

Truthfears Guilty They do occasionally as a “Special Buy.” A few weeks ago they had packs of organic grass fed NY strip steaks. They also occasionally have organic grass fed chuck roasts. With their Special Buys, sometimes they come back as permanent items if the sell well enough as a Special Buy.

Me too!!! The other beef is bad for the invironment and pooping 💩 cows step in it all day, not happy cows😁 grass fed also has Omega just way better!!! Aldi is Awesome!

Isa Abenojar aww I know! I just moved to Texas after living in Hawaii for six years. My tip is to get familiar with the trees if you can. Go pick them yourself!:) I used to get bags full of mango and avocados... or go to farmers markets :) Hawaii is expensive as heck, but I miss it so much

I’m really impressed with your channel. I think you’re a natural teacher and public speaker. I especially love that you include stores such as ALDI and Wal-Mart in your hauls, as shopping at Whole Foods, for example, can be cost-prohibitive for some (given the high cost of a keto diet). I did want to offer some constructive criticism, however. I find that it is less confusing and more helpful when you focus on either the “Bobby-approved” items or the products to avoid in separate videos rather than at the same time. Thank you so much for disseminating such useful information. Channels like yours make me adore KZfaq. Keep up the awesome job! 😊

What you say about the shredded vs block cheese IS SO TRUE! I have been doing keto for 2 months now and I can tell the difference in how my stomach feels after I eat one vs the other. Block cheese always goes through much easier with not upset stomach!! Plus I use less cause I dont just grab a whole handful from the bag! And YES it melts so much better!

Yup...It took me a while to get used to Aldis. It's definately a different shopping experience... but once you learn your way around... it's worth it.

I love the videos about Aldi and Walmart because that and Kroger is where ain’t buy my groceries and I have learned a lot from these videos. I have been a label reader for a long time and I have learned a lot more from your videos. I have always loved grocery stores and kitchens and I have always noticed what things other people buy.
