FLIGHT CHOPS DISCLAIMER:
I am a "weekend warrior" private pilot, I fly for fun with no intentions of going commercial. I have had my PPL for over 15 years, but still consider each flight a learning experience - I generally take detailed notes after each flight to remind myself what went well or what I could do to improve.... Having the GoPro cameras to record flights like this is invaluable. I find these self analysis videos very helpful in my constant quest to improve, and am happy to share. Feedback is invited; however, please keep it positive.

I do love vans aircraft, yours seems to be coming along at a sensible pace despite the world screeching to a halt; a talented team you have there. The world of aviation (private) has slowly started to wake back up in the UK, so much so that I have added nearly five hours to my logbook over the past month and a half. Great to see Perry up and about after his hip operation.

I really appreciate the editing on this one. A lot of your videos I find myself thinking "gaaaaah I wish he would let that storyline run a bit longer before cutting to something else." But this one you left just a solid several minutes of detailed video about the challenges of getting the build right. I thought it was fascinating, and would happily watch even more of that.

One thing i'd change in the kit is ditching the whole fiber glass section, make a pressed sheet to fit over, and use butyl tape to take up the slack from behind. Because i can't imagine being easy, if you ever have to remove either of the two pieces under the glass.

Amazing at what that 1/4" of click flooring does when you walk on it, as opposed to the bare concrete. Question/observation: if you shone a light or laser up through the holes when doing the canopy, would that take care of the parallax problem?
