No one does curls better than Kate! No one! You have taught me so much. I finally ordered my T3 curling iron and cannot wait for it to arrive. I am older and used to curl my hair with an iron in high school. Have not used an iron since. I am hoping I can find my groove and learn to do a modern look with little damage to my fine hair. Keep doing what you do Kate!

I just did this style tonight and I loved it. It was sooooo easy. Thank you for the tip on the texture powder, I'd never seen it used like that, by "scrunching" your hair. It worked amazingly well--this was the first time my hair has ever held curls!

Love it! I need a new recommendation to fight humidity. I used the redkin for a while but it's no longer available. Have you found something else you like? It takes 30 minutes to get my hair stick straight and two seconds outside and it's all frizzy.

I do great with the bottom section, when I let the 2nd section down I seem to get the bottom and middle ones tangled together. By the top section I've created a hot tangled mess. You make it seem so easy! Looks fabulous

Right after I curl my hair it looks awesome but within an hour the top half has lost all curl and most of the volume. I use a root booster and strong hold hairspray. Does anyone have any tips for keeping the curl all the way up?

does this kind of curling iron cause less damage to the hair? I just wondered. I've seen it used before and wonder if it is worth the extra cost.
