Mam in example 1 at step two last line u have mode dot to before ten binary numbers and kept 2 power 10 but in this example u have moved dot to 7 numbers before and kept 2 power 3 why mam like that

4:35 got confused here bt i think u wanted to write 0.110100000 *2^3 is floating point value . So Decimal would be 3 Floating points back that is 0110.100000

totally wrong.. if you convert this 6.5 decimal to floating-point again then you will see🤥exponent will be written in middle not the last

The position of mantissa and exponent are changeable. So you can write anyone in middle

With due respect I think you are doing it in a wrong manner .... first we take sign bit, then exponent & then mantissa. This should be the order I think!! Ty.
