There is a special Flood Spawner called the Grunt Spawner that spawns only Flood Grunts! My idea ;)

Hi! How'd you get the more zoomed in/better angled camera? I've always wanted to see my soldiers up close a bit better and your camera looks really good for it.

When you think about it probably it is something that happens, the flood is quite creative to infect, maybe the spill supercell in the bullets they are using, so anyone who gets shot by pne of these will be infected over time
