Roll Tide! Clemson fans I feel you, we both enjoyed many years of the pinnacle of college football, we’ve had down years since NIL and transfers, let the haters hate, we still here. Let’s see if they can be that consistent for that long, Alabama is a classic program that’s never been far from the top, Clemson has been elite and a top 5 program for years with a rich history also, it’s part of the game, good news is we have two amazing coaches that always adapt and will figure it out. If not, we’ve got that championship money that buys someone that does 😂

Clemson has put up 1900 total yards compared to opponents 1050. Not one team has beaten them in total yards or first downs. But giving up 36 points on turnovers completely negates that

Points not yards. Turnovers are not the issue. You can gain yards by taking the easy short stuff but points come from big plays. FSU out gained Clemson on a per play basis and also had more big plays. It was a good run. It is obvious it is over.

*EDIT* This lose wasn't completely on the coaching staff but mostly was. Bad offensive play calls at the end of the game. Also bad defensive calls before the second half instead of making adjustments immediately. This class lacks chemistry, but I have a feeling it will be there in the next couple of years. Go Tigers 🐅

Everyone keeps talking about the fumble scoop and score but I go back to the penultimate series where we had a first and 10 at their 12 yard line with 2:29 left. Our first play was a run that got stuffed, second down was and broken up pass. But it was the 3rd down play call that was the tell…..it was 3 &11 from the 12 and we ran the ball…. Huh?? Where is the killer instinct???? You ain’t getting 12 yards on the ground against FSU on the goal line. Come on. Take a shot at the end zone and put the game away for crying out loud.. Totally a weak play call…the reporter picked up on the same dumb play call 9:31.

Good fan. Unusual. People forget how insignificant this program was prior to Dabo. Will be insignificant again once Dabo leaves. Team is not that far from being top tier. Just have to keep working. I understand why Dabo has no respect for the portal. Unfortunately, it's part of the amateur (term used broadly) game.

I appreciate the kindness, but as a Clemson fan, who tf cares? We were once considered a cfb powerhouse, now we're at best, shitty conference champions. Didn't care that we beat North Carolina last time, won't care if we win it again. The playoffs are where real teams play, and we keep falling further and further away from even being able to see the light of the playoffs, every single season.

Stepped up? We are Clemson.. we played Clemson football. We aren’t some scrub team that was throwing up prayers.. watch the game. Clemson was the better team. Every position! (Literally name one position group that FSU was Better at today??) FSU Wins 3 games and act like they are on top of the mountain.. we didn’t “step up”… we were normal Clemson and showed out.. it’s just the second game Clemson has given away this season.. beyond frustrating!

@@everythingnestalgia5873First off “ beat into submission “ is a joke right? Literally Clemson missed a prime block on a blitz and thus Cade fumbled. Then Clemson missed an easy field goal, Clemson should have won hands down and they looked just as good and better than FSU in several moments. FSU is a good team, I respect the game but Clemson absolutely should have won that game. FSU wins only because of a missed field goal at the end of the day. Also, I’m not sure I trust the coaching staff at this point at Clemson either *cough* calling a timeout right at the end when we needed it for another potential field goal. All in all FSU is a great team this year and Clemson keeps hurting themselves repeatedly. I expect to see FSU in the playoffs and I hope they can make it, it’s good for the ACC to have a team in the playoffs.

Won't happen. Find a reliable kicker. Use the portal. It's the way college football has evolved. FSU wide out that caught the winning TD came off the portal from Michigan State. Norvell brought in 17 guys to jack up his roster. Swinney doesn't use it at all.

Do you seriously think we're making it back to the playoffs any time soon? I agree we have incredible talent and potential, but we've always had that. The issue was never a lack of potential and talent, the issue was always the coaching, and it will stay the coaching. Dabo NEEDS to do a better job at finding at least decent position coaches and coordinators. Otherwise, we have nothing to be excited about aside from seeing the players develop in the NFL, because they won't do it here at Clemson.

For the love of God we should have got a kicker from the portal though. Lord have mercy we can’t be missing 29 yard field goals. Also, I’m convinced the OC is an idiot, calling a trick pass play at the end of the game and then clock stops, should have just ran it. Then in OT we just don’t run the ball when it’s short yardage for a first down. Sigh, stupid decisions by coaching and a couple of missed assignments by players is why Clemson lost, take one of those away and we win that game imo.

Clemson totally controlled the game from the first kickoff. 4 or 5 key plays took the victory from them. 1.) Clock management at halftime. 2.) Missed assignment by Moffa on the strip sack scoop'n'score, 3.) missed field goal under 2 minutes in the fourth quarter, 4.) Not running the ball on short yardage TWICE in OT. Number two was critical. If that doesn't happen, the Tigers go up by two touchdowns the way they were playing. The Seminoles would not have scored again, and even if they had, Clemson would still have won the game. This is still the most complete game Clemson has played all year.

As a Clemson fan, honestly, there something wrong with out coachg--NOT DABO (He is the man in every aapect). Our D coordinator Wes is suspect but not because of this game. FSU has a great team this year. Defensive coaching and O line coaching are our biggest and most obvious areas that make you wonder and have been every week. We aren't blitzing enough. Our offense is not creative with the running game. Great game FSU

Clemson coaching staff clearly picked wrong in offering Gunn a scholarship over Liam Boyd picked up by UNC. And Tiger coaches played it more conservative than FSU coaches with less blitzes on Defense and less opportunities for explosive chunk plays on Offense. Props to players on both teams for busting their tails all game and FSU for winning on the road.

Let’s cut the bull junk! This team had some questionable drives that honestly could’ve buried FSU in the ground! Instead of 3, could’ve been up 7-0, then of course with two more good drives 21-0! Of course they got two TD’s one of them given by the referee, anyway, this team could’ve come back and scored before half for a score could have been 28-14! Second have score TD’s in the second half, score could have been 42-17. So cut the bull junk!

The offensive line completely failed Cade multiple times in this game, ESPECIALLY the fumble play which was NOT Cade's fault. Cade made good decisions multiple times and sacrificed his body on some key runs, while also throwing mostly good passes. Clemson lost this game at the end where the coaching staff didn't only play insanely conservative, they didn't even TRY to go for it and win the game with 30 seconds left. The last 3 minutes of coaching in this game was the most embarrassing thing I have seen since the 2010 Orange Bowl against West Virginia. This was... disappointing from the coaching aspect, but hopeful from the players aspect and how they played. Had we went up 14 points, this game was over 31-17. That fumble (due to the offensive line made of swiss cheese that play) was a 14 point swing including the momentum shift. If one play could ever completely change a game- that was an example of one of those plays. The coaching at the end was unforgiveable, and were complete rookie mistakes that would not have happened under Brent Venables and Chad Morris.

Terrible recall of the game. OL played a GREAT game considering the DLine they played against. QB needs better pocket awareness. They guy came from his 2:00 no 6:00. Any D1 QB needs to see it.

@@richardjohnson7752I agree Cade needs better awareness, man was oblivious on that play but, the RB definitely missed a key block. Ultimately the QB has to be aware of that potentially happening though. It’s not all one persons fault on that play.

@@DirtySouthConnection803 Dabo is an extreme micromanager. He used to change Tony Elliot’s play calls. Heard it from a source who was great friends with Tony. Elliot couldn’t wait to get out of town because fans started turning on him…little did they know Dabo was changing his plays.
