I normally would agree but they got that boy playing the whole half if the game was close he would have played all 40min and with the way they play everything going threw him he has to take a break on defense

Should make us appreciate young Steph Curry even more when he was at Davidson. Young cat played pretty much every minute, scored 30+ PPG, and carried his squad to the elite 8 in a 16 year old's body 😂🤣😂

I love the hornets but I honestly really hope he leaves to go somewhere with a chance at a championship because he is clutch as fuark and he is wasting his talents there.

Morant acquitted himself well. Look Fla State had the better team. They have talent & physicality and Ja doesn't have 2 other lottery picks on his team. However Ja will have to put on a little muscle to get through the grind of an 82 game season in the NBA.

There's a difference between NBA talent and NCAA talent. Yes Murray St has an NBA talent. An offensive engine in Ja but FSU has way more role players who will end up overseas or in the G league.

FSU gets no respect and all people talked about was Ja and FSU just let everyone else know that they have elite players as well. FSU was snubbed the number 3 seed and given a 4 seed with the hopes they would get put out of the tournament. I am tired of hearing about Zion, Ja, and Barrett. Let’s talk Trent Forrest, Terrence Mann, Kabengele, and Phil Cofer.

They knew if they trapped or double team him like Marquette did he would have a ton of assists spreading the ball around because he's sees the floor Good it's a shame he didn't play for a better coach that makes adjustments i.ll miss him for the rest of the tournament

Out of 80 minutes total, he played a staggering 77 minutes. That’s only 3 minutes of rest. All that while carrying Murray State all season playing 37 minutes per game out of 40. You’re not playing defense if you have to play that many minutes

The Noles were/are simply (and obviously) the better team. Too much talent and too much height in this scenario. Anyone who thought Murray St. had a chance just b/c of Ja doesn't know a whole lot about basketball. Although FSU doesn't have a "star" player, they can give the Zags all they can handle.

This game really showed Murray St for what it is. A short basketball team with limited offense with basic big men that aren't too big. Shame for everyone else except Morant, they are all pegged to be seniors and no pro game.

Ja morant looks the most "today's NBA" ready. Even in the loss against a A1 defensive squad in FSU he still looked extremely dominant. I'd consider taking him at #1 after this. Very impressive....

If they lost people would call them overrated. FSU is a well coached and disciplined team that no one talks about but if Ja won that’s all the country would talk about but since he lost he is no longer headlines. Zion will soon join him.

Twan Pac Duke has one player who could hurt a ankle and their season is done. Duke is lost without Zion and not unbeatable with him. we gona see if they even make the final four, 3 hard games ahead still
