I accidently found one like this while staying g for a year in a cabin in the deep, highest elevation mountains up North. It was beautiful, tiny little rustic home buikt cabins all in a circle like a commute. They all were close and only one secret road in, hidden by deep forests pines. It's not on a map. Its a secret quiet place. I drove for Mike's one day on a one lane road that turned into dirt, then an old wooden bridge, some goats, the tiny houses, had vegetable gardens, a couple od cows, a barn, about 100 of the cabins. Wooden fences with pretty gates...but no signs. The road for out into the highest mountains then just stops. I was meditating. As I drove. Now I must go back. But. Ow I'm in Florida :( :(:(

@@COG78 I couldn't agree with you more about the government royally screwing up everything that they try to "fix with a band aid." It's really sad that this is a global issue, where I was born & raised in a laid back community (population approx. 25-30k), we've NEVER had a problem with people being homeless, panhandlers plus the alarming increase in thefts has gone up expontionally over the last couple of years...ever since a bus load of vagrants were ousted from the DTES (Downtown Eastside) in Vancouver, B.C. & literally dropped off on our doorstep to deal with. By the way, this was done to many other smaller communities throughout our province & its my understanding that this was a "band aid" in order to clean-up the city for the Olympics. Vancouver's Municipal Government did not want these homeless people to be "visible" to the visiting tourists (Olympic spectator) & Olympic athletes cuz it was a 'black eye' for them. We can also thank Prime Minister Trudeau for making a huge mess of our country for the current state we find ourselves in...we're NOT living in a third World country, these issues should not exist with such outrageous numbers, our people becoming yet another statistic. #fawkthegovernment 🤬

I believe that the statistics are at least 60% are living paycheck to paycheck and majority are or have maxed out their credit cards. With high interest rates and increasing inflation we can see what will happen while they continue to flood us with immigrants taking our resources not knowing the language and laws or learning to immorally take advantage of our laws, we are truly under an invasion. What happens when they no longer are supported and have to try to find for themselves? True 3rd world country, total chaos and lawlessness. I think that is why the very rich are building bunkers especially at harder to get at places, to avoid the evil that they are creating. There will be no hiding from God's wrath. God bless all with peace, comfort, the essentials of life and God's best gift of salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

I have some medical debt but not much. On the verge of being homeless myself. I’m an ex convict and the amount of times I’ve been rejected for work because of that is disgusting. For instance I am in a construction union but can’t work in any federal government facility or property so the airport and the military base that provide thousands of jobs are not available to me and my age and health prevents me from doing any of the concrete jobs. This country sells a pipe dream of prosperity if you just work for it but it’s not. I know people working full time and homeless here in Seattle because it’s so ridiculous expensive to live. Keep pointing the camera at this man. This could happen to almost anyone. ☮️

They can use solar for lights and other things . They can build a rain water catchment system for water . Grow there own food for themselves and they can also sell the food to make money and do other things to make money . All they need is a helping hand to get them started so they can do better in life . Most people these days are 1 pay check from being homeless . America is the richest country in the world. Nobody should be homeless. May God bless us all . Miss . Linda ❤❤❤❤

Even if they had funds to purchase the land, it has to be zoned to build certain things. This country allows you to buy a piece of land, but they control what you can build on it. Government wants to control everything. I just watched a video of a man that owned his own land and built himself a nice little house, but his town officials want him to tear it down....and he owns the land.

That all sounds great in theory..but where big brother will halt that process is due to building restrictions zoning laws etc…the system we have is not for “the poor”…the intent is to keep us poor..and under the big government thumb for life! Unfortunate but very true!…as a people we need to take our FREEDOM back from corporate greed mongers!…so that we can truly live life, liberty and be in pursuit of happiness…as it was initially intended…with current government regulation…it’s no longer possible for the average Joe..and average Joe is the majority…we need to unite!

Making us thralls to jobs that don’t pay enough to live on and mortgages that are more than most can possibly hope to afford. I can identify with this dude a lot. Most of the people in prison are doing hard time for petty crimes. There’s a lot of evidence that longer prison sentences do not lower crime rates and in fact make people more desperate and likely to be combative when they do have police contact. The legal system is broken. We need laws and consequences for breaking them and definitely a lot of men I did time with needed to be separated from society. They need to be retrained for life though and not thrown into the violent gang controlled prisons we have were it’s a matter of survival to defend yourself then dumped on the streets with 40 dollars. Therapy and education lowers recidivism rates exponentially. I will admit there’s a segment of the prison population that i wouldn’t want anywhere near anyone vulnerable but most just need a chance and to be treated like human beings . This is definitely a good man and I’m glad he isn’t in that dark place anymore.

@@sitindogmas I couldn’t agree more about the brokenness of our systems. Just knowing how hard it was to get mental health support for my ptsd in prison when I was advocating for myself and my family was outside of it. Most don’t have someone to advocate for them or don’t know how to advocate for themselves. There’s also serious stigma and social consequences to getting therapy inside but I’d argue almost all of them need it. Our system sucks ass but that doesn’t mean we should stop trying to make it livable and more compassionate and conducive to lowered recidivism rates. Not just for the convicted but for society as a whole. It might feel like a losing battle but the world changes one person at a time. Be the kindness we want to see in the world. You seem like you are already do that so thank you and for your kind words. ☮️

i spent three years in the back of an uninsulated, unlined, ill-fitting and leaky cap in a ford ranger in michigan. cooking nutritious food was challenging, heat needed some work, but i was able to stay clean. if you sit down and think for a while over a cup of fresh-made instant coffee in a park, you can find solutions but they require effort. cleaning up in a public restroom doesn't cut it: shaving, washing teeth, arms, chest, back, neck and face is possible but BE QUICK. WIPE UP. have deodorant and use it. someone on staff WILL figure it out but if you're not a problem then you aren't a problem. they can afford to ignore you. don't become a nuisance was the first lesson i learned being homeless.

That was very Good,he is right about the Prejudice,he will face from the Elites. He has pride and Dignity.and is Generous. This should be on world news,he is a better Man then all those spinless Polititions. If i were a Rich man i would buy them all a small trailer to live in.I hope God protects them all.

Praying for all these good humans just trying to survive. And now they will be arrested for not having enough money to feed or shelter themselves. I cannot believe this is Florida.

Great interview Jose! This could and should be the future of homeless camps - a small community that works together to care and protect each other without being trashy...we cannot even call them homeless : they have made a home and community for themselves. Many Blessings!

You have a solid point: cant exactly call them homeless. Maybe houseless but not homeless

Jose, I think this is the best video I’ve seen from you. I stopped watching for a while because it broke my heart to see families, children, veterans and others having to live in the squalor that most homeless camps are. I can’t even imagine a child living like that, but you’ve found toys and kids clothes. I wish that this video would go viral so people would be inclined to help those that help themselves. You have possibly stumbled upon a great solution to a horrible situation. To have a clean place to lay your head down and know that there is security to watch over you is priceless. I’m going to share this with as many people as I can, and I really hope that you do a follow up on this camp. Thanks for the work that you do to help us see what most of us would never be in the position to see. ❤

I agree with you…there is power in unity. I hate that America says, “oh, you’re 18, get out of my house.” My children are welcome in my home for as long as they like. My two sons have moved out, but I have been dreaming of having a small community of my children and I. Even if we would have to start our community in tiny homes, I just want us to be together and have a school for my grand babies. My children all want lots of babies, so, we have all already talked about homeschooling. I don’t want my grand babies just being taught propaganda. This is such a wonderful video to show what working together can do.

I wish I knew you. You sound like me. My sons wife doesn't want me on their 30 acre property because I see through her. I'm lost but still want a small community to live in for purpose of life.

This man possesses the divine spirit. Only very few that have lived in hell, can live in heaven while on earth is living hell. Inspiration is contagious. This man moved me. Remember him. You will hear from him again.

I’ve been homeless and I’ve been living in a $900,000 house. Trust me anyone can become homeless and stuck in a cycle of poverty more easily than you could imagine. And often through little or no fault of your own. I personally had a close family member steal my identity and empty my entire life savings and destroyed my entire life. I lost my 3 bedroom house, and my kids and I were living in my Honda pilot for nearly 9 months.
