Spring Folk SAL:
I am so excited to be hosting a SAL for the beautiful Spring Folk design by Cathy at Hands on Design! This new chart was released at Market as the first in a seasonal folk art band sampler series. It is fully finished on the Folk Paddle design board by Chantelle's 141 Design Company. I hope you will join me in stitching this stunning design! Sarah I enjoyed your video. You have to be one of the most prolific stitchers of all time. That is meant as a compliment. Coming from grandma Moses slower than a seven year itch 😂. Love your finish. I love the way you finished your spring bunny piece by HOD. You definitely do not look old enough to have a 26 year old daughter. My mom stayed 29 until she retired then she added 10 years . 😊

Hi Sarah, glad you had a great time at your retreat! Although I have stitched for decades, I am fairly new to flosstube and retreats and all of the activities, just found out recently there is a retreat less than an hour from my home being held in Amana Iowa. Maybe next year as it seems like they fill up fast! Love your smaller sampler, you can get that done no problem by the end of the month!

I sure love watching your floss tube. It looks like you have taught your 😮Kindalls (sp) to appreciate an awesome art. I agree with you, how do our kids get so old! I’m only 49. ( sad I had to move my age up because my oldest is 47). However, I turned 70 years young today. I love your Spring finish. Thanks for sharing today. Have a fun week stitching.

Hi Vicki! Don’t be afraid of the specialty stitches. Your stitching is always beautiful and the specialty stitches are easy to do when you follow the diagram in the chart. ❤️

Congrats on your beautiful finish. I loved seeing everything you are working on. Are you aware of Nichol Spohr’s biscornu SAL? It just started. But even if you don’t participate in it, very soon she will be posting a finishing tutorial. Or I highly recommend the tiny modernist tutorial. It is outstanding. I will be making my first one shortly.

Always enjoy your videos. Love your Spingfolk finish! But I'm a bit sad because I bought the pattern and floss and was fully planning on stitching along with you but I got caught up in a couple of other SALs plus I'm busy trying to finish this massive piece that I started back in January 2021, so I haven't even gotten the fabric yet for Springfolk!!☹☹ But I am hoping to get to it sometime this year!

Awesome Flosstube. Beautiful Spring Folk finish. What fabric did you use on the board? Check out Flosstuber Chari Moss for HOD Botanical Bee SAL beginning 5/1/24 and Nichol Spohr for HOD seasonal baskets SAL to create biscornu which just started 4/17/24. TFS.

Hello Sarah - brand new sub here - I am enjoying your channel! You are the first flosstuber that I found that is relatively close to me - I live on the eastern side of Pennsylvania and I’m so jealous of these ladies that go to these stitchcon and different stitching conventions and they all seem to be in the Midwest or at least farther away from my side of the US. Is Serenity Aida friendly? I just happened to buy a fat quarter bundle yesterday of the same fabrics your bag for it is out of. Saw a quilt made out of that fabric line.
