It was lovely meeting you at the retreat! The stockings and dark Queen on the finishing table were mine. Loved seeing all your new starts and the puppies are adorable! 👠👠

Im from Northampton..not been on any retreat yet. I know Bout the Mirabilia one.. hopefully one day ill save up and join you all..itd be perfect as i dont drive 😊 would love to meet you all (ive been watching all these flosstubes for years now and itd be like meeting celebrities 😅😅)

Don't be scared of the beading at all! It's just half cross or cross stitch with a bead added to the needle 😁

The white check fabric would be great for an advent calender style pattern. There are also the stitchrovia season patterns that have lots of small squares with seasonal things in it.

I'll have to have a look. I'm not sure I want to do an advent as I've already got an advent kit and don't need two 😅 but if something non christmassy is small enough 🤞 I love stitchrovia so I'll have a look in her shop x

Hi Lauren, thank you for the peek of the rooms at Northampton! I’m going in October for the NOBAM and can’t wait- just figuring out what equipment I’ll take for table stitching - if you’ve got any tips for retreat equipment that would be great. Or did you take your Lowery? All your mermaids are looking great - fantastic progress on Ariel 😊 Have a fabulous holiday and good luck to Adam with all the puppies by himself!!! Gorgeous 🐾🤎

I think Adams looking forward to the quiet, the pups and dogs are a lot quieter than the small humans I'm taking away with me 😅 for the Northampton retreats there is room to take whatever stitchy equipment you want. Lots of people take a Lowery (myself included) a few even take big wooden floor frames, some work in hand, some take table clamping stand, it's really whatever you're comfortable with aa you want to be enjoying your stitching and not making do 😊

I really enjoyed your floss tube, your mermaids are beautiful. Enjoy stitching her and don’t worry about your sals for a while! I would love to go to a retreat but I’m not sure how to find out about them? Can you give me any information please? I hope you have a wonderful holiday and the puppies are adorable 🥰. Hi Julie. If you go on Facebook and search for groups by name there are quite a few around that post about UK based retreats: UK Mirabilia Stitchers, UK Bella Filipina Stitchers & Retreats, Bee Stitchy Retreats, Floss Friends UK & UK Chatelaine Retreats I think are all the ones I know of off the top of my head. Hope that helps x

Hi Lauren, new to you channel but enjoyed you video’s very much, I have tried every where to buy a Tabbutaha I think I have spelt it correctly, I was wondering if you may have any ideas where I can buy one please, I will watch your progress with interest, I love watching Teresa, as well on Utube she is so helpful I also stitch HEAVEN & Earth designs love Josephine Wall, my WIP is Spirit of Winter confetti stitch nightmare, 😱so this is why I want to work on a chart that’s not a full coverage, and not confetti stitch laden. Hi Lauren many thanks I have ordered Tubbataha chart, and some of the embellishments and silk floss, I will use them for all my cross stitching now, they are only in Scotland just deciding on fabric now so many thanks. 😊

I use a few apps. I use pattern keeper for compatible pdfs, saga for designers that provide an xsd file (mostly Ukrainian and Russian designers) & I use XODO free version which just allows you to make marks on a document to mark stitches but doesn't count stitches or anything for any paper patterns by taking a photo of them and then opening them in the XODO app. Hope that helps!
