Oh. My. Goodness. I've never, never, never seen any more gorgeous stitched pieces than those three Teresa Wentzler pieces. The last one took my breath away. Literally. I stopped breathing and just paused the video and took it in. I don't know why you said that about the beads but I've never done beads so I probably wouldn't understand. Absolutely incredible work. I'm in awe. And your friend who made you the bags .. what a gift. The friend as well as the bags. Dina who did that tutorial is a precious lady so you definitely should be watching her. I'm going to a retreat in November and she plans to be there. I'm looking forward to meeting her. Blessings, Marlene

I really enjoyed hearing about your Mag Eyes. I have spent the last 6 months enduring 3 surgeries on my only eye because I developed a hole in the retina. I have been mostly blind since Oct. By the Grace of God and a very, very good surgeon they are just about to get me back together- my distance vision has healed and we're still trying to find a pair of glasses that I can use to read in WITHOUT Mag Eyes. I've worn the darn things everywhere without a hint of shame, and my husband is thrilled! He knows if he sees them that I am reading or stitching, two things I haven't been able to do, so he is thrilled! It's all in the perspective, I guess! Your TWs are just breathtaking! Stitch long and prosper!

I always enjoy your videos, Debra! I stitched two of the TW Carousels and believe me, one was plenty enough! Lol. I was so tired of those colors and the pattern that I tossed all of my leftovers in the trash! Then, my Aunt and Uncle saw my finished one and commissioned me to stitch one for them! I won first place ribbons on both of mine too! One for mine in 1991, and another for the commissioned one in 1992! Lol. I didn't use the Kreinik in either of mine though and I stitched all of the backstitching in 3031. I wanted them to look like treasures that had been found hidden away in a trunk in an attic. Lol. I also stitched two of The Castle pattern. A friend had a fit over mine so I gave it to her for her birthday. Then, of course, I had to stitch one for me. Lol. Now I am thinking, because this lovely lady in Arizona mentioned adding beads that I may need to stitch another Carousel. NO WAY!!! Lol. When your video started today I was wondering where your Carousel was. Thank you for sharing everything and for showing off your beautiful finishes!!! Best Stitches!!! :)

I have been waiting a little more than 5 weeks for my Chatelaine kit for the Medieval Town Mandala. Getting a little antsy. You can try using a double pointed knitting needle or a cable needle as a laying tool to see if you like the method. I agree, the tank is out of place. His name there would be a nice change. Lovely stitching on your WIPs. The Sulky threads would look great on the Lizzie Kate pieces.
