Thanks, first of all you have to make sure the observers are high enough so they wont get updated by tall grass growing, second you need to make sure the flying machine will break the tall grass (in the row that your growing it ), but other than that I sadly dont know what else could be wrong. I have also included a world download, I hope it helps you ;)

@@LordJon25 Ok, turns out I didnt realize that breaking tall grass from the top broke both parts of the grass meaning I was moving a really massive counter along with the minecart, thanks for the world download it makes a bunch more sense now. Also, the flowers for me still line up with your pattern. By making it a download I think you made the flowers so they would line up still. Thanks :)

@@LordJon25 Now that I get how it works, Im working on optimizations. Ilmango made this video (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hdRzi8pmvtGyc3U.html) and I think that 7:30 could be really valuable. With this in place, you could cut out the whole hopper clock. I dont know if this conflicts with another part of the design but I feel like this could help :)
