He's a short fighter so most of his opponents will be taller than he is. That's why he trains the high jab.

It's the Philly shell more than meets the eye. It's based on the rear hand catch for the jab, Lead shoulder roll for the cross, and close the door catch for the lead hook. He does it a few times in this video.

this guy is gunna wonder wtf happened when he goes to fight and the opponents face doesnt meet him half way lol. he never extended one punch. I dont think this style of mitts do much, other than look fast and muscle memory.
