Hello my Beautiful People! Welcome back!
I have been really enjoying my journey into using texture in my art work! This last week I was in my studio playing with some spackle paste and a palette knife. and I came up with a very fun pattern that I really love.. I let the two test pieces dry and then painted one. Today I will paint the other one with you!

This is not a fast paced video. it is meant to be relaxing and meditative. So please, sit back and relax and enjoy this process of adding color to textured art. I hope you enjoy it and it inspires you to look at texture in a whole new light.
Colors
Golden
- Prussian Blue
- Turquoise Pthalo
- Permanent Violet Dark
Pebeo Studio Acrylics
- Iridescent Green Blue
DecoArt Americana Decor
Metallics
- 24K Gold
Amsterdam
- Bronze
To prepare paints:
A couple of teaspoons
of mixed paint was added
to a little bit of water
Pouring Medium:
Golden Heavy Gel Gloss
Owatrol and Water
There is NO Silicone
in Any of My Paint.

What a lovely way to unwind. My own little escape from the chaos. How very enjoyable. My brain was having ideas...peacefully. I did not clickety-click even one time. Mina, I'm so disappointed! 😮😔 I was so hoping you would show us how you created those beautiful flowing ridges... so yes, please show us...soon!😊 Oh yeah, you caught the texture bug. It's so fun and satisfying! I see 🔮 you creating your wildflowers and many of your other styles with texture in the near future 😋. I think texture of any kind is made for pour painting. It's so funny, I just bought those paint brushes to paint my biggest tiger yet. They are such good brushes for a really reasonable price. And for some extra interest, bling, and texture, I got some variegated gold leaf. Gold leaf is another obsession I acquired after using it once😊. I can't wait to see what you create next!☺️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
