But I thought osmosis is the movement of water from higher concentration to lower concentration, until equilibrium is reached.

minute 3:29 you say osmotic pressure greater in the body for hypertonic, minute 3:59 you also say osmotic pressure is greater in the body for hypotonic, is this correct?
