When I look at descriptions, I was like "Huh? it's not that far why it's take 6 hours to Tokyo." It's nice experience but also unlucky that you got delay. It's really Luxury in first class.

Hehe. Shinkansen is better. If you include the time from check-in to the time to baggage claim, it's almost the same duration. Especially if you live near the stations. Also, high flight altitude causes fatigue to the body.

WOW! Hokkaido is one of the many places I wish to see when my Girlfriend and I move to Tokyo next July! Also, you seemed like myself on an extended flight, just take it as an added adventure and relax. Also like yourself, I would have been feeling pretty lucky about getting some extra relax time. Delays can be stressful but it's how we handle them that makes them that way or not! Glad you made it safely! Wonderful video as always!

Great flight. Onboard WiFi is working when reaching some altitude after takeoff, and yeah it's expensive to connect. When the Tokyo is covered by heavy cloud, Nagoya and Osaka is very clear sky.

I love airports content and videos especially about Emirates. But this one in the Japanese settings, feels unique. Anything Japanese is fascinating! I'm very motivated to finish my Japanese language course, so when i go to Japan airport, I can perhaps read any kanji or hiragana. katakana characters, I won't get lost. LOL😁

Oh wow! That was a really long delay, and you're even up flying. It would've been a scary experience, glad you got home safe. ❤ And I wonder, were there passengers who got mad? I read that there were business men who got off, will they be refunded? Pretty sure they have a meeting and was late 😢

Thank you, it was definitely an adventure! ❤️ As for angry passengers, there were a few, but most were understanding. Businessmen who got off likely had their reasons, and airlines usually have policies for delays. Thanks for your concern!

Our last airplane trip was a nightmare. We were delayed 24 hours just from Colorado to Texas. Our 4 year old did amazingly well, but it was a beating! We did get a hotel room for free, but only 12.00 of food credit. How does that pay for a family of 3?? Japaneneese airlines seem to have together even if an 1 1/2 turned into 6 hours. At least they communicated!

Did you know when you are flying at a high altitude, you lose about 30% of your taste? That might explain why some food doesn't taste so great on airplanes. I'd feel unlucky; I am an avid watcher of The Flight Channel and I'd be ver concerned because I know how easily bad weather conditions can be disastrous.
