I took me some time to realize that the closest ones to you can be your source of contention! So, if it upsets my peace, it must be released! No matter what or who it is!!! And once I got rid of the toxins, I feel happier and free!!! Peace of mind and self-love is priceless!!!

This is true. The more personal development work and psychological reconditioning that I completed, the more I was able to perceive my own behavior towards other people who don't deserve my attention or energy. Now I am much more conscious of what amount of attention and energy that I give people.
