It’s simple actually. 1) work on yourself. Work out. Any form of exercise is good. 2) try and have 2-3 side hustles income generator doesn’t matter even if you do not earn a lot 3) cut out toxic people. 4) stop drinking and smoking if you can 5) eat clean. Have a good diet. Cut out sugar and oil as much as possible.

just curious. why depict the people as ultra fit with muscles and rock solid abs? why? I wouldnt be surprised at all if they were the complete opposite in looks and maybe even leechers of wisdom from other cultures at that time. Great listen by the way.
@FortitudeStoicАй бұрын
Thank you very much for your comment and curiosity. The choice to depict individuals with athletic bodies in videos on Stoicism often aims to symbolize strength and discipline, core values of Stoic philosophy. However, we recognize that wisdom and inner strength go beyond physical appearance. Stoicism, with its emphasis on virtue, resilience, and self-control, certainly embraces a diversity of experiences and appearances. Your perspective adds a valuable layer to our discussion and reminds us of the importance of approaching Stoic wisdom in its entirety, acknowledging its richness and complexity.
