@@matthewtalbot-paine7977 That's all quite a theory here. Like it! Then Marathon it is. When you mentioned Marathon, I first thought that it might be rather long word to be a real nickname, you know, I guess usually people try to make them relatively short, so that's easier to use them in every day life. But then again, if names have diminutive forms (Elizabeth - Betty) why nicknames can't have them, too? For example, Marathon - Thony. Quoting one of Foil's personages from Start-Ups Vol.1 sketch: "Problem solved".

YES!!! That was brilliant!!!! It was so well written and acted all over!!! It went a bit over for me in the last part with the funerals. Because it is tricky line to stay believable and fantastical instead of flopping it to just silly. BUT I have to say...I am looking for more 😂😂😂

They filmed last week, finished on Friday and edited in 2 days. You could tell from the tired faces and dark circles under their eyes in the facebook pics. It is impressive, which makes even more proud of the lads.

Loved the jokes in the credits. For an indie production done by 3 Irish lads and a hero animator for a KZfaq series this was super well done guys. Looking forward for more to come. Getting very Young Ones vibes and I love it.

Well done! Cleverly written and you nailed the sitcom feel, particularly the death scene/reveal and eulogy. Credits were icing on the cake. Very Naked Gun/Hot Shots cheeky vibe to them. Loads of potential here. Hope someone picks it up!

I think it's amazing what you've been able to accomplish with what you have. Other shows with massive crews and multi-million dollar budgets should be jealous! The show is terrific and totally worth the wait. The characters are hilarious and I'm relieved to see that all the original cast members made it through to the second episode❤😂

Early Thursday morning. 23 minus outside, though the sun is hot and shining so brightly that it makes birds sing insanely. You three work so well together and always manage to keep things fresh! I really commend you for stretching - going from a short form to a long form in any art is challenging. This held together well and the 18 minutes went by like two :) I like how you had actual story arcs and it wasn't just a series of two minute sketches strung together. I hope you keep this up. And bring back the trumpet!

😍 Fantastic guys, well done! The container at the end really got me 😂 We got a letter a couple of months ago asking if my Granny wanted a birthday message from the Queen. For her 100th.. she hasn't been alive for 11 years 😂 anyway very proud of you for pushing yourselves to do, what you wanted to do 😊 Hope to see more in the future.

Absolutely amazing ! Loved seeing all the behind the scenes posts and pictures and to see the finished episode is brilliant. Really funny and I loved every second ! Just magnificent (the credits were a great touch too). If I knew anyone connected to a streaming service I’d be spamming this their way. Fantastic lads : )

Yees, I was waiting for this! I am so excited for you guys. An 18 minutes episode is different from your usual short sketches, but I think you did a great job! The pacing was good and it didn't feel off at any point, the jokes held up to your standard, and I liked how the different storylines (the 'food-delivery' and the Gaming-Marathon) came together beautifully. 5/5 potatoes from me.

That was amazing guys! It's brilliant to see it all come together. It's great to see how it's so very different from what you usually do but still is also very much your style! Ohh and the theme tune, so so so nice! All in all, absolutely amazing and I loved every minute of it 😊

Living in student housing and relating so hard! Our kitchen extractor fan is a. Not working and b. Not actually connected to the outside either so even when it did work it just redirected the smoke at the ceiling. Setting the fire alarm off is a regular occurance so thanks for the swimming hat advice! Might have to try it.

Ironically, my bedroom is supposed to be part of the kitchen (separated by a cheap wall) and so it does have a working extractor fan 😂

In my student house we just knocked the fire alarm off the ceiling. It doesn't have power anymore so it won't go off, problem solved :p

We thought of that but we're too paranoid about an actual fire due to the slightly dodgy appliances. Gotta love student housing!

I LOVE it!!! When’s the third episode due? ;) Chris is so clever: Using the fire alarm to see when the meal is ready... and the blackmailing towards the end after he was dragged into the Foodsgate! 😂 I was wondering though how the lads could afford all those flowers for the funeral. The aluminium foil “plate” was such a funny and appropriate detail in those flowers.;)

I literally said the whole Aragorn thing last night! 😂😂 And has Suits finally come round to the idea of Chris being there? How the tables have turned 😲😂 and Aodhagán having to do a shift at Quinns gave me some proper Miranda vibes when she ended up having to do a shift at the bed shop 🤣
