Just got ours & we love them! The first reward was doing something fun and new outside, the second laughing with my daughter & the third the great way my shoulders felt after. I've felt so stiff & sore in my upper back and neck from working long hours online. My new Kracken rope is the best 💚💫💃🏼💫🧜🏼‍♀️. So fun & worth every penny, they are beautifully made.

You should do a video for seniors who see these videos with young fit performers and presume rope flow is not for them. I'm 75 with torn rotator cuff, shoulder impingement, osteoarthritis knee and hip. Being retired I can find time to do multiple 10 to 15 minute sessions a day that get my heart pumping and muscles loose without feeling much effort due to the flow state. Checking my fitbit reveals peak cardio and calorie burn.

That's wonderful Geoffrey! The best way would be to show people like you doing rope flow. I know that is good for all ages, because my grandmother at 84 rolls the rope as well, even tho she is almost blind.

I am 52, I was doing this in the woods one day and a senior lady came along with her dog and asked for a lesson. She really enjoyed it

I just bought a rope for myself, then my mom wanted one. I'm 54 and she's 85. Maybe she and I should make a video to show more levels of fitness (mom is fit, I am not).

I love this! I was curious as to what the exercises would be if I bought one. THANK YOU for keeping in the "hiccups" during the movements. It was great to see everyone being able to laugh about it. It made it relatable. Off to amazon to purchase one.

I would expect slow mo demo so it's easy to follow. I look up to you guys that are so good in this but my request please feel how your viewers feel. A step by step demo would be very nice. Thanks a lot for your consideration.

@Derrich Inway. I don't know if you already know this, but you can slow down youtube videos if you look under 'settings' at the bottom-right of the screen. I use it a lot when I want to learn new moves. I hope this helps
