The concept of being Hindu as a religion was established after the British catagorised us, and was continued by the ruling party after independence for their own personal gains. To understand our civilisational culture is slowly being learnt, but it will take time for the people to realise our culture and move away from the identity of religion, and back to the unity of humanity.
