I was the kid Dave came up to, and I come watch this back every now and then. It really was an amazing moment, and I can't believe all the comments I see about me! I just don't want people to think I was some ungrateful little kid. I'm a huge Foo Fighters fan and I think that Dave wrote the song to describe the "times like these". If anyone watched the entire webcast, they were lucky enough to see that I got Dave's shoes at the end of the show.. I still have them on display in my home. I would definitely want to go back to this day. I just thought people would want to hear how I felt about my experience, don't mean to brag at all.

I feel like that's just the kind of dude dave is, he's got a massive heart and he does it for those reasons, just a moment of his time and he helped to make someone's life shine so bright in that moment and you'll always have that man, i couldn't possibly be more happy for you dude, and proud of the way Dave carries the weight of rock and roll with cool and graceful hand. You picked the right band to be such a big fan of bro.

I've always wondered if the kid in the audience that Dave reached out to still watches this video and if he still gets a thrill from it. God bless the person that took him to the show too. @@TheStereoField I'm not saying the White Stripes did it singpehandedly, but there is a marked uptick in the popularity of these bands after the White Stripes put Elephant out, specifically when Seven Nation Army hits. Listen Kid, I see everybody I lost pretty much everyday, you have a chance to recover, enjoy the time you had, and remember. I never had that luxury of celebrating someone's life, you do. Now I'm drugged out and feel numb, hopefully your young enough to get help that will help. Me, I'm just drugged up and dead inside, can't wait for peace, don't know why God did this to me, but I'm damn sure gonna tell him send me to Heaven or Hell, I don't want to come back here, ever. At least God is Mercyful and I won't suffer too long. Can always count on Dad and Bro and The Spirit to take care of my worthless ass.

You can't convince me Dave Grohl isn't one of the best frontmen in the history of modern music. The dude ALWAYS is high energy and nothing but LOVE for his fans, especially the kids! Fuckin legend 🙌 RIP T.H.
