Here is the jist of the video: -Mediterranean diet is the best, focus on oils liquid at room temperature, eat Whole Foods and avoid processed foods, make sure your food tastes good to ensure compliance with diets, and do research on supplements before use. Just saved you an hour of free time. Leave the gift basket at the door.

I almost believed this talks until the coconut oil. I was lead to believe canola oil is very good and its what i used in my cooking for 10 years. 10 years later I had inflamation, high cholesterol, bad health and was put on statins, and my wife on hypertension medicines. I made research and switched to virgin coconut oil, vit C 2g/day and less sugar diet. 6 months later we’re no longer on statins and hypertension medicine.

Giving specifics about vitamin amounts that weren't effective would be helpful. Most trials used very low levels...too low to create an effect. Linus Pauling showed the effective dosages of vitamins are thousands of times higher than were used in these studies.

Way back in the early days of 1940s obesity was not known then 90% of the populations was slim and chubby, not "Obese"! We clean our house by hands and feet(scrubbing floors, stairs, etc.) We use wood for cooking! Iron with live coals to iron clothes! "Wash & Wear" very expensive hardly people can afford! No vacuums and washing machines! Doctors were not in telephone books! They were word by mouth! People then were very healthy! Meat, vegetables, and fruits were raised naturally! Diabetic, Obesity, Cancer, Depression, COPD, etc.etc. were never mention daily as we are now a days!Specially cancer on children and adults is vey common now a days too! Hardly at all then!!!😐😀!😉! We use Electric on radios, lights, Televisions but without "remote control! Almost everything was physical! Now by "fingers only"! So is there any wonder why our body stops to function properly?!?!🤔?😀! OXYGEN in our Brain, Muscles, and Blood is acquired by physical movements thru Exercise or Manual Habits at home and at Work😀!😉yeah! Sports and Physical Education were very much implented Then! Now almost everything is by "FINGERS" and by MOUTH! This Video is one of them!!!! Good luck on your seminars to gain money from ignorant people She 500 attendants you know how will that be in their pockets??? Please use your computer if you are lazy to use your brain!!!🤔😉🤔😉🤔

Just eat unprocessed natural food, we have been eating this for thousands of years now we have better access to a high variety, you dont need any supplements anymore (we are not living in 18 century London with no light and bad food) By the way why do you think that the trails showed that they have no efficacy? Because they are processed food for god sake!!!!! The case for cancer in elderly over 50 years, that might be true but only because that elderly do not eat the food they should do, the elderly cancer rate in Italy (Mediterranean diet) is much less that in the US (15,000 men study), if you are deficient than of course you might have health problems

I listened intently to learn what I could but then I was dismayed when I heard Dr. Sesso refer to taking a statin to lower cholesterol. Does he not know that statins do not provide a benefit beyond reducing inflammation which is usually not the reason for prescribing. Does he not know that the majority of people that die from CHD have what is termed low or normal LDL Level. Does he not know that statins do more harm than good. Does he not know that the body supplements LDL when and as required. Does he not know that the body is far more intelligent than he. Does he not know that a poor diet that oxidizes LDL is the problem. Does he not know that Vitamin "C" is no more natural than C6H8O6 that is made by combining corn starch and sulfuric acid than is (5R)-5-[(1S)-1,2-Dihydroxyethyl]-3,4-dihydroxy-2(5H)-furanone, made by nature.
