Heck, if the guy wants deer, he should move to suburban Atlanta. The herd is prolific, and you don't even need a stand, the window in the guest bedroom works fine.

Be careful lifting the cutter head to cut a tree down. The rotation can/might send debris right through the door at you. I just watched John from Upstate Brush Control talk about this in his last video.

I saw the same video and I was just thinking the same. You're mostly going to mulch it on the ground anyway. Might as well be safer about it.

Fun watching all the yellow clouds of dust flying when you hit those pines. Great job clearing out that swampy field. This is going to be a great hunting spot once the feed plot is planted.

Almost 30 years ago now (in 1994), I helped a friend of mine's dad clear out some lightly wooded area behind their house. It was me, my cousin, our friend's whose property it was, and our other friend who was into Forestry, therefore he was good with a chainsaw, and had all the proper gear. (I ran around with a clické of about 5 friends, this crew was all but one of them.) It took us a couple of weekends, maybe even a month's worth of weekends to finish this job. It was all by hand...chainsaw down the trees, and rubbish (vines and shit) then drag all the branches and stuff to big burn piles. Had we had a Bobcat Mulcher like this, we could have done the job in about two days, max. But I don't think these attachments existed back then. We had Bobcats for sure, but I don't recall if they made tracked versions back then. But in any case I'm impressed on how well these machines do this job.

Looks good after you're done. Won't most of the brush just grow back? Spray it? Tillage? What stops the re-growth?

Landglide and onx only go off GIS, I’d had both be significantly off on projects many times. 50-100ft+. Never reference it in a dispute because it doesn’t hold up Vs a survey

I have a JCB with the JCB mulcher attachment. I can't get it mulched as fine as you do and it's a thick bed of wood chips. Do you have any issues with food plot seed growing? I worried it won't because of how thick the chips are. The area was very very dense with 10+ year old red maple and white ash. Thanks!

I have two 1.5 acre spots I need mulched. One is 8-10 year pines in similar size to these and the other is a 10-15 year old cutover that’s thick but smaller trees due to never being sprayed. How long would you guess it would take to do this? Flat to mildly sloping terrain

Now all the Russian boars and feral pigs/hogs will come through and rut out any and all food plot you plant there. Time for setting up multiple Jaeger hog traps and clean out the landscape of pigs - and have BBQ ham and bacon for the larder ....

Техника, конечно, восхищает. Но поражает такое расточительство! Почему предварительно не пилить и не вывезти древесину как строительную древесину или на дрова, а уже затем очистить участок от веток, пеньков, кустарник и мелколесья?

34:00 why did you leave that pine bent over into the other trees? It needs to be pushed up or knocked down.

Great job. Looks so much better. You should get a small v-bucket to use on you mini to drain some of those areas, about the size that Andrew Caramata made. Of course you don't have to make it but I bet you could find one very reasonable and could use it a lot. Here is the video. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/grxyl6aWsJnenGQ.html Thanks for sharing. He builds it in this video and you can skip to 23:39 to see him using it. Just a thought Brother. Have a gread weekend.

Pretty sure the ASV came with a bucket. Just go back to the video where he got the machine. He doesn't do dirt work and rarely needs a bucket. But of course, any skid steer or CTL attachment would work.

@@LatitudeSky Who are you? I just asked him to look at the bucket. What do you have to do with that? Even if you are his wife, girlfriend or whatever that has nothting to do with what I said. It is a neat bucket he could use when he encounters mug holes like on yesterday's video. He could trench it out. I am sure he would enjoy it and the customers would love it. Have a great day. 😊😊

I’d love someone to comment, this machine does an amazing job removing what above the dirt but what happens with the tree roots? You couldn’t just plant with machines with tree roots still there?

I totally understand removing dead trees. The least people could do was cut them up for free community firewood. Tho killing the live trees results in tons less oxygen produced.

Just wonder how much habitat that you've killed for baby animals that nest in the ground, like turtles, rabbits, snakes, some birds, etc. Also, how many animals and their babies do you think you have chewed up with that machine and don't give a care in the world about it? 😢 I find it very sad
