In Japanese, “gemba” literally means “actual place” but generally refers to a specific site where work is carried out. These videos show good practices at production sites in Japan. The theme of this video is “Food Safety Management” and showcases factory management techniques to ensure food safety. A major focus is on procedures to prevent food poisoning.

Greetings from NPC Cambodia. This is very nice video. It is a good practice that APO develop this type of video. It will contribute a lot to the implementation of food safety management system in other countries. Thanks for the fund support from APO, Donors, Government of Japan for this important video. I hope more videos will be produced including Kaizen practices and other productivity tools. I am confident that APO will produce more video like this productivity improvement video with real practices.
