I forgot that Dooby is a food scientist. Her analysis goes pretty deep. It's kind of refreshing compared to most fast food ratings.

I always have to remind myself that Tina is a food scientist and creator and not a professionally trained chef so it always shocks me how much science terminology and analysis she is capable of producing but then has to look up definitions of different foods like blackened chicken. Love that duality.

The issue with watching Dooby is you get hungry even if you just ate!

I worked at popeyes for 2 years and the mash is definitely processed (just powder and water whisked together) but nothing shady and is always one of my favorite sides. Unfortunately they no longer have green beans as a side, it was also a favorite of mine. My go-to order is the large surf and turf (comes w/ 2 spicy tenders and 8 butterfly shrimp) with a mash and mac. My favorite sauces are blackened ranch and sweet heat. I also dip my biscuits in the sweet heat.

You’re the only one that can make Popeyes look so artistic. You’re missing out ordering mild. Also, the flavoring and spice level varies depending on what state you’re in.

I’ve never seen such food scientist can describing the food quality in a most casual approach as it can be yet so insightful to hear.

I grew up eating Popeyes and it may not be the best out there but it reminds me of home and because of that I’ll always sing its praises. Popeyes can do no wrong. ❤️

I grew up in Louisiana eating and loving Popeyes so it is so hilarious to me to see someone analytically review their food. I love this so much. Also, i do believe the beans and rice is Red Beans, a fast food version of a staple Cajun dish, Red beans and Rice. My favorite thing on the menu 🤩

I wish Dooby had time visit New Orleans. The irony of hearing how public drinking isn’t a thing in the U.S. when Dooby was SOOO close to the home of drive-through daiquiri stands. Come back Dooby! 😢

As an American, I watch you because of all of the interesting places in Asia that you go to eat! Seeing American food makes me sad, but I’m still watching. I’m also like… whataburger for Texas plz

if you go to the midwest, specifically Wisconsin, go to Culver's! Actually, go to a mom and pop custard place like Gillies, Leon's and the like but Culver's is the fast food version.

I always get the small box of popcorn shrimp & it usually comes with a biscuit & I ask for a extra biscuit & I open up the biscuits & fill them up with the shrimp & I love it's a buttery shrimp biscuit sandwich & I get a cocktail sauce and a tartar sauce to dip the extra leftover shrimps into which the shrimp is great & I like the saucees but I don't like the dirty rice & I liked it better when it was red beans & rice years ago. They usually have an extra flavor of fried pies like a lemon cream & blueberry which was just ok but they should have a new flavor every few months. Which I think the new one is blackberry cheesecake fried pie, sounds great 😋💜

I used to have a Popeyes that was quite few miles across my state down the highway, and it was a nice unique magical treat. But now there is one actually built in my neighborhood, and I have barely been to it. I think the journey to get the elusive Popeyes was part of the experience. It's just not the same experience now lol.

Fastfood fried chicken seems to give the worst stomach pains the older I get lol 29 now, but I do enjoy their ghost pepper or whatever wings. They're not spicy at all, but they're pretty delicious, esp if you put some sauce on them.

Those sauced wings are so crispy even with all that sauce. So good!
