Ingredients :
Matar Paneer
Take a Pan and add
2 tbsp - Oil
2 no - Onion Slice
Saute in High Flame for 5 min
2 inch - Ginger Chopped
1/4 Cup - Garlic Chopped
3-4 no - Gree Chilli Chopped
Saute till Golden then add
4 no - Tamato Slice
Salt to taste
Mix Properly and Close the lid , and Cook in Slow Flame for 5 min then add
3-4 no - Resham Patta Chilli
1/3 Cup - Cashew
Mix Properly and again Cook till Tomato Soft and then add
1/2 Cup - Water
again Close the lid and Close the lid ,Cook in Slow Flame and Close the Flame and Let Cool Completely and grind it
Take a pan and add
2 tbsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Butter
2 no - Chopped Small Onion
Saute till Golden
2 tbsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tbsp - Corainder Cumin Powder
then add above Gravy and Mix Properly
Salt to taste
Mix Properly ,Close the lid and Cook till Oril Seperates
1 Cup - Water
Mix it ,again boil till Oil Seperates
2 tsp - Crushed Kasturi Methi
3 tbsp - Amul Fresh Cream
Mix and add
500 - Paneer Cube
1 tsp - Kitchenking Masala
2 tbsp - Coriander leaves chopped
Mix and Close the lid and Cook for 3-4 min
1 tbsp - Butter
again Add Corainder Leaves Chopped
1 Cup - Boiled Green Peas
Boil Properly and Serve Hot
Garnish with Amul Fresh Cream and Corainder Leaves
