Restaurant Style Shahi Paneer रेस्टोरेंट स्टाइल शाही पनीर

Shahi Paneer
Ingredients:
Take a pan
2 tbsp - Oil
2 no - Green Cardamom
8-9 no. Black pepper whole
1 Inch - Cinnamon Stick
2 no - Clove
1 no Mace
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
8-10 no - Garlic
2 inch - Ginger cut
2 no - Green Chilli cut
1 no - Onion Big Slice
12-13 no . Cashew
Sauté till golden and Soft
2 no - Resham Patta chilli whole and Dry
4 no - Tomato Chopped big chunks
Salt to taste
And sauté properly and than close the lid and in slow flame let tomato tender
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
2 tsp - Red chilli powder
1 tsp - Coriander cumin Powder
1/2 tsp - Garam masala Powder
Sauté Properly and all the thing become tender
1 Cup - Water
Let 5 min boil than after cooling grind it and strain it
Tadka :
1 tbsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Butter
1 tbsp - Garlic Chopped
1 tsp - Green chilli chopped
Sauté properly
1 tsp / Red chilli Powder
1/2 tsp - Kasturi Methi roasted and crushed
Put above gravy and mix well
Pinch - Saffron soaked in water
Stir continuously and close the lid for 3-4 min and than put
1/4 Cup - Amul fresh Cream
1/2 tsp - Sugar
1 tbsp - Coriander leaves Chopped
1/2 tsp - kitchen King Masala
Mix properly , add
250gm Paneer cube
Serve :
Fresh cream
