I have a feeling his daughter the one who orchestrated all of that. She did wrong. She knew Daddy is in and out of her life and feeling guilty about it. She thought hey I may as well have daddy fight my battles. He thought great an opportunity to exert my non existent authority over my ex. So father and daughter became allies. Ijs, if he got that phone he was gonna play mind games with the mother doing petty things like dropping off the kids and "not returning the phone back" when he knows full well he gave the phone to his daughter and told her to not get caught next time. Part time parents need to understand their place. He is not in a position to demand or contradict her parenting style, and why do the kids need their cell phones if they are in the care of a responsible adult? That makes no sense.

@@anna-maria7367 exactly!! That's a typical and common way to discipline kids nowadays, by taking their phones. The main thing they act like they can't live without. That's apart of their punishment for misbehaving. The dad is obviously still bitter about their break up/divorce so he def would've let them still be on the phones just out of spite. In an emergency situation they could've easily used his phone to call the mom or either 911 in a physical emergency situation. He just be doing bs to try and get back at her and be failing miserably lol! He just needs to move on already and let her live

You can’t do something to someone and then expect everything to be whatever after the fact he became petty miserable and bitter and she caused it. So he was going to say whatever to get under her skin because she already made the man feel a type away. But he didn’t say it to the children. And like I said in my opinion he needs to do better with his children she took years to get divorced from him so it wasn’t like she was in a rush to get any type of structure between him and his children. If she’s so concerned with the way he’s handling things than one would think she would go to the court get divorced set up a custody agreement but it took them five years to get divorced because she got with the other man and was doing her own thing. So it is what it is.

And another thing before I leave this comment in definitely. I’m not defending him at all because he Has character flaws just like her. But she’s no angel and I don’t feel bad for her.
