Thanks This was my first major welding job so this whole process was a lot of learning for me.

@@ElectronicMechanic50It’s not as important on your floor pans just do that on body panels. You need to turn up your amps on your frame spot welds and run the wire the whole time in a circular motion. They will pop off with vibration if you do quick tacks like you did to fill the hole as the metals don’t actually melt together it just kind of gets built on top. I did the same thing my first few times and when I’d beat on the floor with a hammer they would pop up and I’d have to do a new one. It’s not a real big deal though it’s still stronger than having rotten metal

@@ElectronicMechanic50It looks good. I see a concerning amount of people put only tacks and just fill the rest with bondo so really as long as you weld in general you are better than most.
