The one I’m doing is even worse. Where that one is thin and almost broken. Mine is broken. I had to be careful not to hit the gas too hard getting it home. And I don’t have a lift😢. But the price was right and the front was either already replaced or washed better. 😂

Hi everyone . Maybe my experience can help some of you. From time to time my SB400 got muted. I can disconnect it and then connect with som other devices but there is no sound from soundbar. I think this is issue when you do not disconnect soundbar from device and try to connect with other device while bar is connected on some other device. For me it helps to take soundbar out off my hose and out off range from my devices. Suddenly soundbar works again. I am quite sure that problems starting with paring with my iMac . Try it before you start with other operations.

My car was just diagnosed with this problem. I had a grinding type noise that they thought were bearings to begin with. It didn't end up being those. The grinding noise at first would come and go. It would make a grinding noise as something went around a wheel or it ended up being the axle. We lifted it and ran the car. We couldn't hear anything. So we got somebody inside and revved it up to 45. Immediately I could hear the noise. It was coming directly from the axle area. Right underneath where the passenger would be sitting. The outside of the bearing that was not supposed to be moving was spinning around so we tried to tighten it but it did not help. It still making noise. So now I'm looking at tips on how to replace it. By watching the video I was thinking maybe a piece of PVC a little bit bigger than the axle might have been better than beating on the bearing to put it back into place. I'm just worried that I'll dent the bearing and it won't spin. I was originally thinking the other bearing on top of the new bearing but then you would have to try to get the old bearing off again. So that brought me to the PVC idea.
@ElectronicMechanic505 сағат бұрын
more then likely wheel bearings are bad too they will only make noise when the weight of the car is on them.

Thanks for the video. Given there is a thermostat in the tranny, is the transmission temp the same or lower? Also, cutting off the shoulders of the two steel lines eliminates the hose obstruction. Run the hoses 6 inches over the steel line and clamp.
@Edgar_Acosta2 күн бұрын
I was wondering the same but it also seems to help in preventing it from popping off. Have you done this if so how's it held up?

Very cool, So if I was to flush & refill the transmission using the transmission hydraulic pump, breaking these lines would be the place to do that? After cleaning trans pan, magnet, & replacing filter, gasket, etc . Then refill & run approx 3 Qt. Out of hose at cooler & refilling the transmission each time using the start/ stop engine method of pushing new fluid through the whole system?? That should be able to replace all the old fluid?
@ElectronicMechanic5020 күн бұрын
yea that would work how ever the thermostat in the trans keeps fluid from flowing till hot!

My boyfriend's in the process of attempting to remove the chrome finish on the grill and paint it black. After this video, I think it's better to just scrape the chrome finish off, clean it and cover the bumper without removing it. Definitely do not want those clips to break off during disassembly! Remove the covers and see how much airflow you have with the filters installed, yes they will keep the internals cleaner but if airflow is restricted temps will rise much faster than usual. Sometimes is better to open every single welder every 3-6 months and just blow it with air compressor.
@ElectronicMechanic503 ай бұрын
The air flow is still sufficient to the welder holding a tissue in the front where the air comes out it does cut down on the velocity but not enough to cause over heating until they start to clog.
@bazemk51119793 ай бұрын
@@ElectronicMechanic50 ok thats nice to know, as long as filters are dusted regularly. Looks like a useful mod
