Yeah, go for it, this was really good and informative. And as others have said, many people want to do their own work. But don't know how. This is the best step by step advice, coupled with clear shots of the parts you were talking about, that I've personally seen. While 'not' every video should be a step by step one, some would certainly be very welcome, like ..a sprinkling, now & then. Shane. :-)

Why put sealant on just one side of water pump gasket?

Hi John just my Personal preference have a good weekend buddy 👍👍

Thanks for the detail, I would say if you follow the instructions it should be hard to mess the timing up? It probably took you hours to film but I found it very informative as I have 3 to do. So time-lapse yes or no. I think if its a tutorial like this, it is great to get the hints and tips as you go. I will use a pry bar on the alternator, I think. Many Thanks

Hi Mark. Comprehensive and Informative as usual 👍👍. I may be wrong but to me there seems to be a little (nick) 30:20--30:55 on the outer edge of your new belt. About the nine o'clock position🤔 I just thought I would mention it just in case. See you in the next one.

You should have replaced the crank shaft bolt as is is a stretch bolt the same as cam shaft bolts

Don't mean to be a pain, but is that the old crank pulley stretch bolt?
@ResurwreckAutosUK3 жыл бұрын
Hi Ian yes
@ianfraser6363 жыл бұрын
@@ResurwreckAutosUK As it's keyless timing, you really should have used a brand new stretch bolt. Cheers...
