I've seen people wasting time and risking damage to the interior plastics by removing the glovebox for a pollen filter change. This isn't necessary as I hope the video shows.
A couple of things to note - my car has the cooled glovebox which is what the soft black pipe is for that gets in the way, this needs to gently be pulled out of the way to remove and refit the filter. Also my filter cover only had 2 bolts remaining, as new they had 4 but the top ones often aren't refitted.
