No one loves it all cars offer V8 version Ford no in most v6 vehicles have you seen old GT and the new one do the comparison no one will love a 3.5 v6 Ford GT and for more it cost 400.000 dollars you can buy a awsome Lamborghini 300.000$ in front of this new GT

This is one American who has ZERO PROBLEM with the V-6 in the Ford GT. It sounds GREAT and goes like stink, so what's to complain about?

I live in the US, and I honestly have no idea why my fellow Americans are so retarded. The V6 was a great choice in my opinion. It's powerful, produces lots of torque, it'll run forever, and it's a hell of a lot more efficient than a V8.

Well the Ford GT is a great car, actually it is the best sportscar of this year in my opinion ( no I am not american, I am european and I normally prefer italian or german cars). However, the V6 engine was probably not the best choice. Just imagine this car with a roaring v8, that would be super awesome and probably even faster. The v6 is also okay, but the sound can't keep up with a v8. If it had a turbocharged v8 with 750hp+ this thing would be even crazier.

Isn't it the muffler type (dual flowmaster mufflers, magnaflow mufflers, borla mufflers ) the key component which determines the exhaust note? I've always heard that the V8 sounds better than a V10 or V12. I don't know why people say that! Aren't they the engines? You open the hood of the car. That's the sound the engine makes, right? @@alwayspete Not actually The sound that we hear from the exhaust is made mostly by the difference of pressure between the combustion chamber and enviroment The number of cylinders,how they are positioned,the bore and the firing order contribute to the timbre of the sound That makes most of the difference between engines The way that the exhaust is made its another factor that contributes to the sound There are single exhaust systems,dual exhaust and so on Usually if you widen the pipe of the exhaust you will get a more low tone sound and vice versa The muffler of the exhaust mostly affects the volume You can write a book,or even more with the way that the engine sound is changed by the way the engine is built,by so little things...thats why iconic cars sound so different than the others

The lift takes less then a second,the dampening system is the most sophisticated in a car . It looks great no ferrari is this good. For McLaren to build you a full cabon 720s they would charge probally 700 to 800 thousand just for that extra with all that entails
