I found this really incredible I love people who just love to serve the public and their own families and have fun doing it. I was looking up "Focus RS taxi" while I was writing one of my books that had a street racer who drives a yellow NYC like mk2 Focus RS taxi. I found this crazy that someone in real life who I had no clue existed matches the near exact irl version of my character. stories like these always make my day and now knowing that a version of my made up hero exists somewhere in the world makes me want to write about this character and my other characters even more. who knows maybe one day I'll save up to meet this guy if a can lol.

Norway has fairly low speed limits, except on the narrow mountain roads :-) The speed limit outside towns and villages is often 80 kph, but the roads are so curvy and narrow that's more than enough!

yeah, same here in Sweden , brake where the cameras are :) I got a speeding ticket from my holiday in Dubai,they have some speed cameras there and it came on the mail 6 month later...but it was cheap, just about 100 dirham ( about 20 euro), it was unbelivable it worked and they find me here at home...

Exactly, always brake before the cameras :-) There are some stretches of mountain roads in Norway with very few speed cameras and very exciting roads. The speed limit is usually 80kph, but there are so many corners and bends it's usually quite difficult to reach 80kph! And there are plenty of dirt roads where rally drivers practice, hahaha. Interesting story about Dubai, it's pretty remarkable that they actually found you. Probably cost more to track you down than the ticket was worth :-)

Yes Norway has really beutiful roads...and strange to...I have travel by car to Gulen, about 100 km`s North of Bergen, a couple of times..go there diving...and what a incredable roads you have and sometimes very narrow to be Euro-roads. Once we had to brake hard for a flock of sheeps on the euroway...lol quite funny...we went lost to...took us 14 hours to go 800 km´s and came to Gulen in the middle of night..but Örjan at the diving Place there where great and let us in though...wonderful memories...I think Gulen are Norways less populated county in whole norway ,they has like a couple hundreds of people living in the "kommun" and ferry to Bergen...what a nice Place and people...totally differnt to swedes...but what a Place, maybe a little lonely and far a way out in nowhere...lol...talkning but the speed ticket from Dubai.. i had a rentalcar so probably they track me that way...impressive at all...

Mes filles sont pareil a l'arrière de ma Mk2 "papa! accélère!" Ou "papa fais plus de bruit!" 🤣 Mais la Mk3 est encore plus pratique, cela doit être exceptionnel de pouvoir l'utilise professionnellement, surtout sur les petites routes et dans ce merveilleux paysage 👍😉

A pár ezer kilométer után hengerfejes focus RS sztorikat hol lehet megtekinteni? Ha már igy reklámozzátok a videó alatt az RS-sztorikat. Remek autó, de a problémákat jó lenne nem a szőnyeg alá söpörni... Inkább azt reklámozzátok hogyan sikerült (sikerült-e egyálltalán) megoldani azokat a problémákat....

Maybe he became a taxi driver to fulfill his dream, because as a regular Norwegian he would have to pay 657000NOK (cca 68000€) for the car, due to the bloody car taxes in Norway, as a taxi driver he doesn't need to pay it and the price will be similar to German price i believe (45000€). 6% higher VAT and maybe some more fees. Cars in Norway are milking cows :-)

Victor Caballo Mingo El Focus RS esta dotado con un motor EcoBoost 4 cilindros en linea turboalimentado de la marca Ford Es un auto que consume 5,5l los 100km en uso mixto (exactamente lo que hace este señor) Además este mismo motor al igual que la suspensión y el tubo de escape vienen con distintas configuraciones de rendimiento y economía No es un auto solo para pistas Es un Focus RS Un deportivo que puede permitirse una familia para su día a día

Ich war sehr interessiert in den Focus RS als Neuwagen, aber durch die Konstruktion, die offenbar Zylinderkopfdichtungen im Dutzend braucht, ist das Fahrzeug leider uninteressant. Sehr schade. Und sehr untypisch für Ford. Wir hatten in 20 Jahren ein halbes Dutzend Ford zuhause und aktuell einen USA-Ford, niemals gab es Motorprobleme aufgrund eines möglichen Konstruktonsfehlers.

Estos autos no consumen tanto Y menos respetando los límites Yo tengo un Focus mk2 2.0 modelo 2010 que consume 8,2 litros en uso mixto manejando como una abuelita Y este auto tiene un 2.3 turbocargado que consume 7,5 litros en uso mixto Notas la diferencia? Con cual te quedas?

El ecoboost 2.3 que se usa en el Ford Focus es un motor destinado a ser mas grande (600hp con sus respectivas modificaciones) al ser un motor mas grande transformado en un motor de mas de la mitad de su potencia (350hp) nos encontramos con que el consumo sera mucho menor porque no recibe el esfuerzo que requiere para consumir lo que que deberia un motor 2.3 Es como los camiones. Los motores estan hechos para trabajar con mucho peso al faltar ese peso los motores consumen menos al no tener que hacer fuerza transformando 38 L/100km a 28L/100 (dependiendo la potencia , variantes del motor y peso tara)

I'm not expert on that, but isn't it little bit expensive to do taxi driver in this car? I dont know how much you pay for taxi in Norway. Not only the gas but also maintenance of this car is probably much higher than classic taxi. I understand that it is fun and for passengers too. I would also rather drive Focus RS than some "common" taxi car, but he has family and by only using different car could earn him much more money? :)
