Question: does the voltage controls unit have to be specific to the van? I have a 2015 Transit Courier, and I need this exact part (same issue as yours)

Can this be just changed or do i need to go to a Ford dealership to program the new dcdc converter

@@godfreysautomotiveservices i did go to the ford dealer looked it up and I think here in The Netherlands it has a other name. I have bought it and I hope its works

Fixed it! Thank so much man! Was wondering if you could give me some advice on something else. Another issue I have is that my USB port doesn’t work. I’ve checked the fuse and it is working fine, I’m 99% sure the issue is with the actual port. Have you come across this? Any advice? And how do I go about find the port to replace? Would really appreciate any help, as Ford take the mick charging £150 per hour for diag…

I installed it but nothing changed what can I do now

Check the square fuses in interior fuse box, along the bottom row, can’t remember which one of the top of my head but I think it’s near the middle.

When the module packs in it blows the fuse also.
