Forget the case, i am loving this free psychology class i am getting from her. She is explaining things in such depth

After watching Amber’s testimony, this psychologist was spot on.

I’m rewatching this after having seen Amber Heard’s talk on the stand. Omg. This psychiatrist seriously nailed her so clearly. She DOES use flowery words and switch emotions like whiplash. “What just happened? What was just said?” Is exactly how I felt after Heard’s embarrassing performance.

I am sitting here in absolute awe of Dr Curry. She is phenomenal.

I would love a podcast of Dr. Curry talking more about personality disorders, and cases with personality disorders.

I find it fascinating that AH was blatantly told how she would act by Dr. Curry. And yet, AH couldn't help herself which confirmed the doctor's diagnosis for the jury.

It was such a smart and clever move to bring in Dr Curry BEFORE Amber’s testimony. Amber showcased EVERYTHING.

What could she possibly be writing down? Like honestly- she’s been writing non-stop the entire trial. At this point she’s gotta have at least 3 movies written about this tucked hp relationship

I love that the test is designed to cut through even sophisticated deception. It's every liar's and manipulator's worst nightmare. Just gorgeous.

I'm a clinical psychologist. I work with people with BPD all the time. She explained everything very, very well. Great job.

Lol she was trying to fake 19/20 PTSD symptoms. This doctor is extremely smart and caught her straight up. Zero PTSD

I love how Dr. Curry is alert of her audience. She knows that her point isn’t to the attorneys but to the JURY. She simply simplifies to them so they understand what she’s trying to say. Love her!

I recommend people go watch Amber Heard's Testimony then come back and review this. Dr. Curry was pretty much bloody spot on in her Analysis.

“They might mimic the way they dress”. Wow, this testimony peeled off so many layers in a relatively short amount of time. It’s the most relevant essence that is pertinent to all the issues that Heard’s defense tried to skew. If anyone had any doubts at any point, or felt confused by the gaslighting techniques of heard’s defense, this woman addressed them all and straightened them back up for us. I consider the case closed.

This is honestly wild. Everything Dr. Curry has said perfectly lines up with all the recording and testimonies that have been said.

I love that they just let her speak. She absolutly took the room by storm and everybody was just listening.

Her career is going to skyrocket after this and so it should, she is absolutely professional and worthy of any success in her future.

The way Dr. Curry describes Amber’s psychology definitely upsets her ego. You can tell it’s making her more angry that someone can see through her and she’s been figured out. She can’t even look at Dr. Curry. Also glad to have Dr. Curry in this case who’s upbeat and seems genuinely and extremely well educated. Hopefully young women will take inspiration to Dr. Curry and not let women like Amber bring them down.

This is the worst fear of the narcissist: EXPOSURE! That’s why she’s freaking out inside, you can see she’s burning with anger

Someone needs to do a mash up of each BPD/HPD characteristic stated by Dr Curry followed by a clip of amber doing exactly that. Her testimony alone covers it. Dr Curry was SPOT on.

This is a woman who enjoys what she does for a living. She is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her field of study and work. 👍🏾

This doctors testimony before Amber’s testimony was spot on. I didn’t realize a doctor could be so accurate when describing a persons personality and histrionics. Not sure where they got her, but she nailed Ms. Heard and theatrics to a T!

Dr Shannon curry just exposed amber to the jury and the world ( maintaining direct eye contact with the jury throughout because it is ultimately them that needs to be shown the truth) . Brilliant testimony . God bless Dr curry, Johnny depp, And his team.

This lady needs a payrise, whatever it is, she needs more. So eloquent and made a tricky topic understandable, informative and clear throughout!

The way she talks about how people with BPD have short term relationships, and you see how Amber changed assistants and friends after 6 months, and then you see Johnny keeping employees and friends for over a decade.

Watching this after Amber's testification seeing how she acted (literally, "acted") and spoke, is showing how good of a psychologist Dr Curry is. Meanwhile Dr Hughes merely retold as a fact what Amber said to her which is probably all lies

it's really good how she maintains eye contact with the jury while answering the questions. also, since she is extremely educated in psychology, the lawyers can't play mind games with her or corner her in any sense.

Dr.Curry is able to describe a toxic person with BDP so accurately. Also why is Amber taking notes like like she’s about to write a final exam? 😂

As a psychologist, I must admit that she describes the personality disorders and how the tests works like a textbook. It was kind of like sessions of reminding me what I learned back in college.

it comes across really clear that this woman absolutely loves being a psychologist. She's focused on the validity and accuracy of the process, not the results for a specific person.

I want everyone to remember Amber's BPD and HPD diagnosis is not an EXCUSE to her behavior. It is simply an explanation. A lot of people get excuses and explanations confused as the same. Amber's behavior will NEVER be excused.

I've never seen AH look so uncomfortable during a person's testimony like she is here. Writing as much as she is, normally she does write yes but never this much, she's uncomfortable and upset and it's so clearly seen. The anxiety is palpable.

If you watch Amber through this trial, she's moved, squirmed, blushed, made faces and acted more guilty in this hour than all the rest of the trial. Ouch.

no joke i usually find these things boring. but for some reason when the psychologist talks, she is just so interesting to listen to and everyone just cant help but pay attention to her. makes it clear that she is a professional and one of the best at her profession

I just came from a psych lecture that I had trouble engaging in but here I am willingly and attentively listening to Dr. Curry for almost an hour. This woman is a genius and has the gift of explaining complex concepts in simple terms.

Amber’s display of complete disinterest while being very animated about the way she is writing down notes, shows her disrespect and dismissive disdain for this witness. Her actions show some of the traits the Doctor has been describing.

At this point the psychologist Dr Curry is not just helping Johny's case, but a lot of us here dealing with people with bpd, npd etc...I personally learned so much today..Dr Curry is phenomenal 👌👏

Had to watch again after seeing an excellent interview with Dr Curry. Amazed that she had any anxiety! Such a professional. All I remember about the other side's witness was her scary eyebrows and being weird about not getting to use notes. Dr Curry didn't need notes, she knows her job, and was an excellent witness.

I have Borderline Personality Disorder and have been in treatment for many years. The emotional instability is exhausting for me to live inside my body. The best way to describe the consistent and sometimes extreme mood changes is like Waves of the ocean. Sometimes the waves are calm and far apart and other times the waves are huge and in rapid succession. With the right therapist who specializes in DBT therapy and a psychologist who actually listens and understands what I'm going on with me to find the right medications to help stabilize my mood I'm learning which Waves to ride out.

One thing I absolutely loved is how she avoided any possible hearsay objections by referring to trials, interviews and other media that everyone can factually check. The way that she speaks is very eloquent.

This woman just restored my faith in psychology!

After watching Ambers interview on Today and rewatching this - the externalization of blame is so spot on. EVERYONE is wrong except her.

If you think about it, someone with a personality disorder that makes them "feel empty if they are not the center of attention", marrying someone like Johnny Depp, who has the charisma to naturally be the center of attention in any room that he is in, was just a disastrous combination.

This was a magistral class of personality disorders, i am impressed. Such a descriptive analisys, extremely accurate.

Speaking as a mere psychology undergrad, Dr. Shannon Curry is what I want to be when I grow up 🤩 She is so knowledgeable and strong, a fantastic expert witness. Justice for Johnny! I hope Amber gets treatment and starts to actually listen to what people are saying instead of getting defensive, prepared to deny any negative statements made about her at any moment. It won't be easy, but I am hoping she realizes that she just needs help.

After watching Amber testify for the past couple days, when you go back and hear what Dr Curry has to say she is spot on! I hope they bring her back out!

Heard’s testimony is like a video companion to Dr. Curry’s explanation of these two disorders.

Amber already punched 2 people who aren’t Johnny depp. She’s yelled at people for no reason, she’s shown passive aggressive behavior in an interview when someone was walking through a door and it was too distracting for her. This psychologist really hit the nail on the head with this one. The other psychologist sounds like someone’s biased Aunt who just wants to take the side of her niece or something even when she’s wrong. Dr Shannon is stating facts real life facts that have been tested through other non famous individuals. This isn’t a direct attack. This is as accurate as it gets.

She even called her out on her mimicking Johnny's outfits. Incredible, everything lines up with the diagnosis, this is textbook

I could literally listen to her talk all day long. Dr. Curry is so well-spoken and obviously super knowledgeable in her field. I absolutely love how she not only was talking directly to the jury but, also took time to slow down and explain concepts and technical vocabulary to them as well to make sure that they also understood what she was testifying about. Watching amber’s expression fall as Dr. Curry ripped into her was also extremely satisfying.

Never I had attentively listened to someone about a topic that I'm not even interested about until now. I listened to this woman attentively than all of my teachers combined.

As a psychiatrist, I was actually torn between Histrionic and Borderline just hearing Heard on audio. MMPI-2 is a very accurate test. So, not surprised.

Dr. Curry is to be commended. Her testimony was highly impressive. Anyone who was previously a fan of Amber Heard needs to give themselves a shake, and rethink that.

Another “witness” that is clearly genuine and obviously a highly educated, but very human, psychologist, there doesn’t appear to be any self promotion about her, just clear honesty and a desire to help and give of her knowledge and expertise…

Dr. Curry is one of the most intelligent, articulate, logical, patient and professional person I have ever seen. And on top of that, she's gorgeous!! I admire her so much. She's my new idol after seeing this testimony.
