You can! Keep taking conscious, intentional actions. Pay attention to what triggers you, relax your body & the mind will follow. The fact that you're listening to this kind of music means that you're well on your way! Eat lots of anti-oxidant & anti-inflammatory foods, organic as much as you can afford if you're in the United States. Remove sugary foods from your diet as well. Changes in blood sugar can activate anxiety in anyone. Deep diaphragmatic breaths (belly out on the inhale & big sigh of relief on the exhale) And most importantly, do what makes you happy & always choose yourself first because you're worth it. And if you don't choose you, then who will? Know that the blessings already are, 🌈🍉🦋🌞🍄🪩💖

This is a letter of forgiveness. To the one who hurt me the most and took all my childhood away from me, i forgive you father. You were meant to be the caregiver my caretaker but u took my virginity, my sense of self, my soul. My inner child is still hurting because i don’t understand how someone can be this cruel and rotten. I’m still recreating that trauma and it’s about time i let go of him. Mother Nature is my father and the sounds are the most soothing i’ve ever heard. All of this trauma caused me to end my l*fe on march third but the universe had different plans and here i am. Still existing, breathing, crying, laughing, but this time i remembered. I remembered that i’m not here for the first time and i was the one who chose to come here in the first place. Because there is still unfinished business and from the very beginning, even before i was in my moms womb, i’ve always had this inner security that i know i don’t have to panic. Somewhere along the way of a very hard childhood and multiple suic*de attempts i lost my first vision. My intuition, my first eye, and i feel like i had to die in order to come back with this realisation. All of this had to happen because it was meant to happen. Everything that tortured me in my past was part of the rites of passages i had to go through. It was all part of life. part of a human experience and every obstacle unleashes the potential in is to evolve and transform. i don’t have control over what i’m going through because i keep being the victim of cruelty, corruption, narcissism, envy, racism, etc so i will never have control over these people or this system. Its time to let go and to remember who you are, where you came from and what is it thats holding you back right now ?

It's very much okay to care about wildlife... But by feeding the squirrels, rodents, and racoons, you make them reliant on people... So they will end up destroying other people's animals when that food is no longer supplied. For example, a hungry opossom, raccoon, or squirrel may reach into tiny spaces and pull birds/poultry through fencing and tear their bodies into pieces. If you care about the squirrels, opossums, and racoons... Stop feeding them and allow them to forage as nature intended.

You are also creating a population of wildlife that no longer knows how to care for themselves and their offspring will also seek out people for food. If those people don't feed them as you have, they will look for available food around people and rip their animals into pieces. You are not loving wildlife or animals by making them reliant on people for food. You are actually harming them. -Lisa

Really weird had good day...having good night pretty much but then my heart said it wants to give up...wtf why? Unless it wasn't me...maybe some negative energy? But I've cleansed chakras all day...must be either food I ate or didn't finish healing past hurts properly...just jumped into something else...feeling OK but was shocked I'd still have thoughts like this in 5d...
