If my husband is the one who provides the money should I respond yes? If I am not the one working I’d put his information of taxes?

Hi, Thanks for the video. I am applying for i-485 as an extraordinary ability (EB1). If I free health insurance in California (MediCal) but I have never used it. I have just regular visit to the doctor with my son. How do I fill out the "68b"?

Hi I came across your page I am confuse cuz my fiancé came up on k1 visa so he has to do the AOS how would he answer the question in 61 and so forth and it’s me n my mom n him lives in the same house so would he put 3 persons in the household? And most likely everything for him would be zero cuz he just came to the USA

I-485, Part#8,Q#62 and 63. Widow Mom (75 years- No income, On B2 Visa- Lives with sponsor son) filing AOS.Sponored by USC Son(45 Years old+spouse+2 kids) not claimed Mom as dependent in Tax return . Q-62 Moms's Housesize will be 1or 5 ? & Q-63 Houseincome will be Son's family income?.

Public charge questions from 61 to 68 , these need to be answered by beneficiary or petitioner? Please clarify🙏I am applying green card for my mother.

Thanks for creating this video but I do have a question. Who supposed to answer the public charge questions? The petitioner or the beneficiary? Being a person who never lived or worked in the USA how do you answer some of these questions or do you have to use your spouse’s information?

That’s a good question. Because I’m stuck on this. USCIS asked for request for additional evidence on this part 8 section 61 62/69

Very good question. He's giving wrong info. I-485 is simply the beneficiary info NOT the petitioner. The person adjusting status does not have a ss# and can't file tax. He's mixed up.

Please help me. Just got an RFE for answering NO on part 8 number 61, spouse. RFE asking to resend "completed form" addressing ths matter with the corrected information. Since I filed on Jan, I used 12/23/22 edition, do I use that version or curretn 02/21/23 version? Do I resend complete form or just the 2 pages that need this info updated? Have read some people just sending or uploading via online just the 2 pages with positive results (being approved in days). If sending the complete form, do I sign the form with current date or the date I first submitted?

They tell send you a notice telling you that you were supposed to check yes. That’s what I got when I put no the first time

Its would be 4 persons. You can't count the children in Africa they are not in your household.
