Good video. I relocated to Miami two years ago from Charlotte, NC. One of the things these South Florida videos often fail to mention is the huge Caribbean culture here. Haitians, Bahamians, Trinidadians, and more! I heard countless things about the Latin population here, but the Caribbean influence was a very nice and pleasant surprise in the way of music, food, dance, and island vibes!! 🏝

Dont.. Rates are so low find a house and maybe go.neighboring towns.. HOAs are horrible..

Hi Tanner, your videos are awesome. I a leaving LA, Ca to Miami or Fort Lauderdale. I am from Colombia but raised in the states and I love my peeps but I need my white people also😁I want a good balance of both cultures for me and my 20 & 18 year old sons.
